    Great concert!

by MikeB on 5/4/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

The 2 night concert was amazing, once in a lifetime experience to see that many artists come together to celebrate an icon! The only drawback was the Hollywood Bowl. Cool venue to see a concert, but the access control and the amount of time it took to enter the Bowl, and already running out of food items and seating cushions before the show even started was a rough look.

    WILLIE'S 90TH BIRTHDAY BASH

by MIZLIZ on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

Night one was amazing, full of a mixture of nonstop rock hits, country hits, oldies and some new ones too! The lineup was incredible, lots of surprises too! The night was very upbeat. Night 2 had too many repeats of the same exact song sung by the same exact artist. We paid $727.00 each for our tickets, we thought this was going to be a 2-day long festival, instead it was 2 evenings only with a bunch of repeated songs. The pace on Sunday was too slow with a lot of cowboy lullabies. The young people were bored, and the old people were falling asleep. We paid way too much money to hear the same songs both nights. That being said it was a lot of fun and a historic event to attend.

    Wowser Willie!

by PaulaJean on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

Excited to celebrate Willies Birth Day at the Hollywood Bowl, and wow! Was not disappointed! So many first class singers; so many amazing songs. Each night was full of love, music, and smoke! Worth every penny. Can’t wait for Willies 91st Birth Day! Don’t stop now.

    by Jezika on 5/3/23

Once in a lifetime event. Beautiful venue. Shuttle service was a breeze. Loved all of the surprise guests. Had a bit of déjà vu on the second day. Was bummed Kacey Musgraves no showed. Happy 90th Willie!

    Willie Nelson 90th

    by Clla1000 on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

Hollywood bowl was a great venue, however the stacked parking leaves a lot to be desired. Concert itself had a great lineup but should have been a one day concert instead of two day…2nd night’s concert had a lot of repeat performances as well as some different performers playing the same songs others sang the previous night leaving night 2 as somewhat of a let down.

    Good concert but…

by Sarah on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

It was disappointing that the artist sang the same songs over two nights. If that was the plan, should have had one night ticketing options.

    Fabulous - Fun!!!!!!!

    by L. W. on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

Who knew so many arists could render an amazing version of Willie Nelson tunes? I particularly was enthralled with (aside from Willie and his two sons Micah and Lukas) Lyle Lovett, Norah Jones, Kris Kristofferson, Leon Bridges, Gary Clark Jr, Orville Peck, Shooter Jennings, Jamey Johnson, The Chicks, Neil Young, Chris Stapleton, Beck, Miranda Lambert, Alison Russell, Dave Matthews --- well, truthfully EVERYONE!!!! I might as well list them all :). Keith Richards was an excellent surprise guest, too! I hope there's a DVD or streaming verseion of this!!!

    45 artists, 85 songs

by Linda on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

One of the most epic shows of my life! So many great artists and the vibe of the crowd was happy and fun. Sound quality was stellar. This show was 3 days ago and I’m still in a good mood.

    Entry was a mess

    by Leogrl2304 on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

The event was amazing! However, even showing up to the entry gates over 1 Hour before the event started, the backup through security caused us to miss the first 5 acts. Very disappointed in the way security was handled.

    Willie the wonderful

by Quickster on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

Willie is doing better than many of his younger peers, he sounds great and handles Trigger as well as anytime in his long relationship with her. The love and homage to his great career was felt throughout every moment of both days. What a fittingly beautiful celebration for such an incredible, loving human being.

    Too Expensive

by TR on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

Love Willie. But this show was too expensive for 2 nights of repeat performers. There was no line up for both nights offered.

    Getting older with Willy!

    Loved Willie!

by Karen Breau on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

It was easy to get into the venue - lines moved fast. Lots of fabulous music. Willie was at the top of his game on guitar and vocals - truly a legend. He was worth the wait. We didn't know some of the performers - be nice to post their names on the screens when they come out. Great show - quick a bucket check-off!

    Big Fan but Busy

by Big Fan but Busy on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

The only thing I would change about this amazing experience would be to make it one day instead of two. Day two seemed unnecessarily repetitive. We love you, Willie!

    Willie Fun

by Will on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

It was the most packed show I've seen in a long time at the Bowl. An exciting line up but unfortunate that many repeated the same songs from Night 1 as Night 2. It seemed as though it was filming for TV or streaming. It would have been good to know that in advance.

    Just Unbelievable!

by Sky Pirate on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

The Hollywood Bowl is a fantastic venue and using the provided shuttle made the transportation a dream. All that being said, it is worth saying this was the best chance I have had to see so many huge musicians coming together to honor a country Giant on his birthday. It was a perfect event.

    EPIC Weekend!

    by LK_inLA on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

This was the best weekend of music!!! Four days later and I'm still thinking about it. Headliner after headliner. Willie's 90th brought out the best and it was a treat for everyone. From Warren Haynes, George Strait, Snoop, The Chicks, Emmylou, Kris, Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson, Gary Clark Jr., Leon Bridges, Waylon Payne, Sturgill Simpson, Edie Brickell, Lyle Lovett, Rosanne Cash, Neil Young & Stephen Stills... the list goes on and on. EPIC!

    Crazy!

by Dr. Buck on 5/3/23Hollywood Bowl - Hollywood

My father, who passed away a few years ago, at 93, loved Music play the piano, had on records, tape, recorders, cassettes, eight tracks, CDs. Well, anyways, his favorite song of all times, and was Patsy Cline, singing Willys song, “Crazy”, so long story short, the moment he passed away, crazy came on the radio as he slipped into the unknown. I waited in hopes of hearing this song, a little despondent until Sheryl Crow came out and knocked it out of the park rest in peace, CRB, Chet Merlin Buck. Thanks to all who made the night most wonderful and happy birthday Willie you’re a legend will live forever.
