It’s truly hard to describe how beloved Willie Nelson is. His family, friends, and us, in the audience mutually shared the love and gifts of this musical legend. So grateful to have been a part of this amazing celebration.
Incredible list of performers. Atmosphere was great. Just a wonderful 2 nights of music and love for Willie Nelson.
I've been to many shows in my day and this is one of the best ever. Not only were the performers fantastic, but all the love that was shown toward Willie was just heartwarming. I am just so thankful that I was able to be there for this incredibly moving weekend, on so many levels.
Willie's 90th Birthday Party was incredible! So many happy people, singing and dancing. Ive never seen so many huge stars at one time. Such an amazing experience 💖
We went into this event with some pretty high expectations (the lineup was incredible). It did not disappoint. Everything about the event met or exceeded our expectations. The lineup of performers was everything promised....and then some. Keith Richards was a pretty sweet last minute addition. The venue was spectacular, the production was spot on, the crowd was fun. Definitley one of the best events we've ever attended. Happy Birthday Willie!
This was the best birthday party I’ve ever been to. Willie is a special guy with 2 birthdates so this weekend was perfection 🎉🥰🤠
This 2 night concert event was absolutely incredible! Every aspect was perfect-the shuttle buses to the venue, the concert line-up, the music and musicians and the shuttle back to the parking lot. This event was so worth traveling from CO to CA. The Hollywood Bowl did not disappoint. Willie Nelson is an incredible humanitarian and artist.
First of all the stage set was cheap looking and kinda ugly The performances were good but felt a little flat on Sunday night. Some of the entertainment sang the same song both nights ( not good for the price of the tickets) Some of it was boring. The production was poor. Some guitars weren’t miked and why did it take so long between acts when all they had to do was walk on stage?!?!? I give it a C
An EPIC show! There will never be another event like this again. The number of all time and soon to be all time great artists was beyond compare. The venue was amazibg and the love even more so.
This should have been to 5 concerts. It ended up being just ok. The format was clunky going one performer to the next in rapid fire. The majority of the songs were slow. The crowd couldn’t gain any momentum because of the constant changes. And many of the performers did the same song two nights in a row. Also the Hollywood bowl logistics are atrocious and it room 90 minutes to get through the gate on night 2. Overall it was very underwhelming for how expensive the tickets were.
My wife and I purchased tickets (and they were not cheap) after reading the lineup thinking it would be like a music festival. Turns out it was just those people doing one song at a time and it was a Willie Nelson song. The words "living tribute" should've been included or anything that suggests the theme of the night. Probably more on use than anything but the moral is, to ask more questions.
What an amazing never to forget night! It was a great show. Every single artist came out and performed at their highest level for Willie. Also for those saying “true Willie fans” weren’t able to go, Willie Nelson didn’t price you out, scalpers and those that could snag tickets faster to resell for thousands did. Makes no sense rating the event poorly bc of the money hungry scalpers.
Every moment of Willie Nelson’s 90th birthday concert was pure magic. Honored to have been a witness. Wish we could relive the night over and over again.
Amazing cast of guest...wish they could perfromed more then 1 song..but i might then still b at the show
Why not sell or allow transfers for single day tickets, so Willie's most devoted fans can at least afford one night to celebrate with him? While I already purchased tickets to the 2 day event, I'd like to be able to transfer one of my two nights ticket to a friend who is a devoted Willie fan. It seems Willie and friends forgot about their original fan base who helped make them the stars they are. I've seen this time and time again, there are going to be a lot of wealthy people who are casual fans, and the die hards who love and "feel" his music get left in the dust to celebrate with him. One would think he'd want to celebrate his big day with the fans who adore him most.
The average Joe is always priced out! So sad! I grew up listening to Willie and am very sad it’s so over priced
