Enjoyed the hockey game from great seats just behind the glass
I am a season ticket holder and do not miss a game i did not know that i got a free ticket with my 5 yr membership so i did not need to buy a ticket from you sat in my own seat but love the WBS Penguins thank you
Amazing game as always! Love my WBS! đ§đ So sad that hockey season is over! Hurry up 22/23!
My wife and I were eating dinner in Central PA Friday evening April 15 Good Friday. I offered the idea of going to Wilkes Barre Arena to see the Pens play that evening not knowing her interest level. She said yes I have never been to a hockey game before so I got on Ticketmaster right there at dinner and found 2 tickets right on the glass and grabbed them. This was at 5:35 and the puck dropped at 7:15 that evening. Thank you Ticketmaster we finished dinner and drove to Mohegan Sun Arena and had a wonderful up close experience at our first hockey game! Pens won it in OT what a thrill! Buzzer beater snagging those tickets and an OT horn blast as the Pens pulled it out! Awesome!
As the years go on, this venue seems to be taking more shortcuts. Less food(and condiments), less dining tables, less beer stands open.
As always, seats were amazing (3 rows from the glass), game was great (we're not Penguins fans), and our 10 year old always enjoys watching his favorite team!
Parking, getting into the venue and even concessions were all very quick and easy. Views from most seats seemed to be very nice. Only complain I would have is a group of fans behind us which were drunk and cursing at everyone. Overall I would say it was a great experience.
Good experience. Tickets at will call Good game, fun evening
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and orderly everything was. Yes the walking area for the concessions is a bit cramped during breaks, it was manageable. Very safe and friendly environment for a family night of hockey.
Great as always! Never had a problem and always been satisfied
It was my birthday and the girls wanted to do something with me. So we decided to take a road trip to see the Bears take on the Penguins. Besides the Bears losing and a longer than normal drive home due to the snow, the day was perfect. Looking forward to our next road trip!
Deafening sound. Music way to loud unable to understand anything because it hurt our ears. Been to many Hershey and Pittsburgh hockey games and this was by far the loudest. Would have left earlier if not been in the 50/50. We were considering season tickets prior to our arrival but we won't be back. Attendance is low has anyone thought that the reason is the volume of the arena. We wanted to see the TSO later this month but with it being so loud it wouldn't be enjoyable. We were very disappointed đđ
Had a great time with my friends and best of all the Penguins won the game.
Purchasing tickets was easy, getting into the game was easy. The only downside to the arena is that the seats are squished together so you feel like you don't have too much room. Other than that, love the space!
Just constructive criticism--It was pouring outside, there were no coverings for the lines of people standing in the rain waiting to get in. Staff checking tickets were great! Security checking items and metal detectors were great! The lines to get refreshments were unbelievable. Part of the experience and enjoyment is the food and beverages. We went with family and kids, and spent over 30 minutes standing in one line for beers, while the kids waited for fries and sodas. By the 3rd period we thought we would try back...but a lot of the items were sold out. Couldn't get anywhere near the Penguins store, it was completely packed inside. We know times are still tough recovering from Covid!! Again, just constructive criticism to help with positive changes and progress.
Great game experience most of the people were great
The policies at the arena need to be reviewed I was the Saturday and Sunday for the games and I carry a small pens purse which folds over it carries all my meds they let me in on Saturday with it but on Sunday the girl said it was too big and refused to let me in with it even though she went thru it and seen it had my inhaler and nitroglycerin and other medications just thank god we drove to the arena that day instead of the hotel shuttle but I think you need to address this issue as we were out of town guests.
I love going to the hockey games. The only thing that upset me was we couldnt get a st patricks day hat or bobblehead and we dont know why.
Love going to the games, it's a great place. But after paying $95 for three tickets, $52 for 6 beers, $40 for a hotdog, chicken tenders and crab fries, and $10 for a 50/50 ticket I'm out $197. For three hours of time. How can anyone afford to do that more often than once or twice a year? We would love to take in more games but we just can't afford it. I get ticket prices, but concession prices are just too much.
