The game was a lot of fun and the arena and seating were comfortable. Parking was easy.

I have taken my granddaughter to two Penguin games recently. We had such a good time. She’s really into it!

All the characters, the players jerseys and score board videos made Star wars night so fun

The main complaint I have is the sound. You cannot hear the announcers or emcee during the breaks. The game was great and the seats were solid.

Great game. Even upper level seats have terrific view. Only complaint is that the stadium doesn’t handle crowds well. I saw games in past that were maybe 1/4 full and concessions and concourse were easy to navigate. This game was probably 3/4 full or more. Lines at concessions were terrible. Leaving parking lot was a mess. We didn’t move for 20 min or more. They need to figure out how to handle an event with more than 3000 people

Great Hockey Game..... Awesome fun with the family.

Although WBS is a small area compared to NYC, Phila, etc., sporting events such as WBS Penguins on a Friday have a nice feel to them. Kudos to all the staff in the arena.

My husband and I attended back to back games. We had different seats each night, but really it didn't matter. There is not a bad seat in the house. There were plenty of concessions to choose from and the quality of the food was very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The tickets were more than reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

Our family had made it to numerous games over the past 5 years. The original interest came from our youngest son. We had regrettably attended only one game last year. Friday night’s game reinvigorated our excitement and love of hockey. It was our youngest son’s early birthday present and well worth our time. The atmosphere of the arena, the courtesy of the staff and vendors, and the energy of the WB Penguins fans was contagious. I appreciate the efforts of team members, visiting team, staff, and owners who made it a memorable night for our family. Thank you and Happy New Year!

Awesome experience, added all you can eat in the ice lounge and it was the teddy bear toss so it was lots of fun.

Pens comeback late in the game sending game into overtime then winning

My boys and I had an awesome time but the overall experience needs to be updated. For a long weekend with family home I thought the place would have been packed. There were many open seats. The food drink prices are too high $9 for a soda without refills is a bit much. I probably won’t be back again this season. I’m happy the game went into overtime and the Pens won.

We paid $20 extra for club seating but it was not worth it. Not sure what the benefit is. You have your own bathrooms (that we used one time) but there are plenty of bathrooms in the arena! There's a bar (we each bought one beer, maybe if you're a big drinker then club is worth it??) and they have 2 foods that you can buy there (we didn't want those so we went outside club to purchase better food). Our actual seats were right behind the penalty/scoring box so we were trying to watch the game behind two layers of scratched plexiglass and it was awful. We ended up standing up on the "club level" for 2/3 of the game - where it was very crowded. Wish we bought the cheaper regular seats anywhere else in the arena. Live and learn I guess.

It’s always a great time watching the Penguins play!!! Not a bad seat in the house. Also great food and beverage selection. Parking crew and whole Event Staff do a Great Job as well!!! Can’t wait to go to another game

Great seat, great game. i am a New York Rangers fan, so I was happy to see the Hartford Wolpack win.
