    Great show!!

by KeyaD on 2/13/17DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

Started on time, nice venue. Brought back memories of my pre-teen and teenage years all in one night, we were on our feet the whole time. My only complaint is that there weren't any female 80's hip hop artist. McLyte, Queen Latifah, Salt n Pepa should've been added to the show.

    BIG DADDY KANE!

by AmoreEventsbyCody on 2/13/17DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

All of the performers were amazing. One that stuck out the most was Al B. Sure and Big Daddy Kane. They didn't miss a beat.

    Real Hip-hip still Alive

by EJGar on 2/13/17DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

We saw the show in Washington DC. I bought these tickets for my husbands Valentines gift. Date night. It was amazing straight music from 6:45pm-12:30am no breaks. The show started on time. All of the entertainers were good the best was Chub Rock, Whoodini, Big Daddy Kane, Doug E Fresh. I liked Slick Rick by music didn't sound like it used too. He slowed his rap down which sounded weird. I want to say the DJ host was excellent. I would definitely go see them again. I had a ball. I would recommend this show to people who miss the old school flavor.

Big Daddy Kane Will Always Be My FAVORITE!!!

by blaclovechild on 2/13/17DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

Excellent show!! They rocked it from the beginning to the end! Big Daddy Kane killed it. His lyrics are still so relevant. Doug E. Fresh knows how to get the party started. I saw him at Essence Festival, too and he was just as live! It takes a true entertainer to know that you have to play a little Go-Go when you come to D.C. Doug E. Fresh partied with us like a vet. Awesome show!

    Partied Like it Was 1986!!!

by IcyE on 2/13/17DAR Constitution Hall - Washington

Cherelle (she looks marvelous)and High 5 were nothing more than fillers & not essential to this tour. Al B Sure although 50lbs heavier can still blow! Chubb Rock had everybody on their feet! Big Daddy Kane hasn't lost a beat!! He's still a master lyricist!!! Whodini continued the party!!! OMG Dougie Fresh definitely stole the show!!! He's the King of beatbox...hands down!!! Slick Rick with all his bling is too cool for school!!!

    Awesome Concert!!!

by Jazzie28 on 2/12/17DAR Constitution Hall - Washington, DC

The Back to the 80's concert was nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! First, it's great that all of these artist are from a time where there was no cursing and disrespecting women in their lyrics so you weren't surrounded by vulgarity. All of the artists gave a SHOW!!! The audience ended up singing/rapping along with everyone :) It was such a great line up. If you've only been thinking about whether or not you should go...DEFINATELY GO!!!! You get your money's worth and it brings back memories of good times!!! I would go again.

The show was totally unforgettable and incredible

by Locsofluv on 2/6/17Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - Baltimore

This was an awesome show. Doug E. Fresh was great! Big Daddy Kane always put on a good show. The DJ entertaining us between the sets was incredible. All the acts did an excellent job. I was a little disappointed with Slick Rick, I don't know if he was being rushed but he rapped A Children's Story so fast, I couldn't even understand what he was saying. I have seen him before in concert and it was awesome before. Al B. Sure looked good but his show wasn't that good. It was good seeing Hi-Five, they represented really well for Tony Thompson. Cherelle was okay.

The show was excellent! Loved it! Big Daddy Kane was the best! Doug E. Fresh was also great. A lot of people arrived to the venue 1 hr and 1.5 hrs late and it was bothersome having to keep moving out into the aisle. People arriving late should only be seated in between acts, not during the performance.

great way to bring in our new year

by ritafoofee on 1/4/16Masonic Temple - Detroit

Awesome show, wish we would have invited more of out friends. I bought tickets for my fiance for his birthday which is December 30, he wanted to go so bad, I told him the tickets was sold out aND he was trying to figure out what we were going to do so the night of his birthday I gave him the tickets, he loved every bit of the show. EPMD, Big Daddy kane, Whodini, and slick rick all were awesome and brought back so many fun memories. We also loved the comedian he was funny I'd go see him in a show just that alone so all in all it was awesome and I'm glad I got tickets. We sat second from front row and I wouldn't change a thing. Maybe a little balloons or confetti at 12 but other than that thumbs up!

    Whodini didn't let me down!

by Tiffo1969 on 8/7/12The Howard Theatre - Washington

This was one of the best shows I've ever been to, because Whodini is my favorite rap group. They sang all of my favorites, had a good rapport with the crowd, and had the energy of 20 year old men! I love them so much and hope they come back to DC soon. PS - The food at the Howard Theater was delicious too.

    THE SHOW WAS GREAT!!!!

    by LiseDuck1 on 7/23/12Howard Theatre - Washington

This was a really good show. I have been a Whodini fan for over 20 year. They are my favorite rap group. They played all the hit songs and were jamming with them. My husband and I was dancing the entire time they were on the stage. I really went to see Whodini, but E.U was good also.

    by MissSonya20032 on 7/23/12Howard Theatre - Washington

I am ole school. Whodini made me feel like I was young and in the 80s again. The Howard Theatre was the right venue; I was upclose and personal.
