The tournament was well organized and a great experience

I enjoy going to the event every year. Had problem with daughters purse. It was 1 inch larger than allowed. Screener would not let her go through. When we got onto grounds we saw many many purses larger than the one that was refused. Need better training

This tournament was awesome. Very easy to get in the gate using Ticketmaster downloaded to wallet. The venue was excellent and the people were very mannersome. We had a wonderful day at the Wells Fargo tournament in Charlotte and, the golf course was in pristine shape.

Another great golf experience, no complaints at all. But, this year I want to focus on the problems we encountered when the storms came Saturday. We were told to leave the course and directed to a grandstand near the 18th green. Play resumed for a bit and then stopped again. The volunteer told us to leave the grandstand because it was not grounded (also said we really shouldn't have been there in the first place even though one person had directed us there). We asked where to go and she said 'I don't know'. I know it's tough to move thousands of people to safety but understanding how bad it could of turned out, some plan needed to be in place. Thank you.

. . .until lightening detected nearby and the tournament delayed. The food was great and everyone was so nice. We loved getting to see some of our favorite golfers. Will do this again!

The volunteers/staff at the tournament are incredibly friendly and helpful. Only two negatives: 1) The security person at Ballantyne parking lot "A" on Saturday was either trained badly or had a negative attitude, refusing to allow purses WELL UNDER the minimum measurement requirements to be taken on the bus. Made a lot of women very upset. 2) The continued price gouging of concessions just gets worse and worse. It always leaves a bad taste in our mouths (no pun intended). Other than those two items, we enjoyed ourselves very much.

First time we have been to a PGA tour event and it was awesome,everyone that worked at the Tour event was extra nice and always very helpful cant wait to go back next year!!

First pga tour event and definitely won’t be my last. Amazing venue and insanely organized in every way.

Lost my ticket; ticket sales on sight was able to verify and print a replacement for me. I was able to enjoy the WF Championship.

Everything is so well organized and efficient. Parking, shuttles, security screening and ticket scanning was a breeze. Concessions and restrooms aplenty. Adequate seating in public grandstands. Course is in great shape. All the staff and volunteers are welcoming and helpful. One of the groundsmen even took time to tighten a screw in my carry chair. My friend and I had a great time and will be back next year. Great job to all involved.

The course is perfect the players great and it’s one of my favorite tournaments every year

Course was absolutely beautiful! Food was very bad. No deli sandwiches that i know of. Looked at 5 booths for homemade potato chips and gave up. Beer was horrible. 40 craft breweries in the CLT area and not a single decent beer. And an insult to our local industry.

Too much talking in stands when players we on green putting. Lots of people there to socialize not watch golf.
