  • Weird Al concert and venue

by Marion from Lake Forest, Ca. on 10/31/25The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Weird Al is always amazing. I've been going to his concerts for decades and he NEVER disappoints. The concert is a great mix of his oldies and some new surprises. The 5-star rating is for Weird Al - not the venue. The venue - Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - was very disappointing. It is a beautiful venue. but seating is atrocious. They have multiple tiers that are not slanted (that is, not on an incline). We were in the back row of our level/tier, and we had about 6 rows in front of us that were on the same level. Frankly it's ridiculous to try to see the stage through all those rows of people. Even the tall people struggled to see. I would not hesitate to see Weird Al again if the opportunity arose; however, I wouldn't want to go to Rady Shell at Jacobs Park again.

  • Weird Al was just phenomenal

    by Airmaiden63 on 9/30/25Ascend Amphitheater - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Saw Weird Al at Nashville at Ascend Amphitheater. Parked about a block over. Getting into Ascend was a breeze. Seats very comfortable and what a view. This is an outdoor theater, but the weather was just perfect. Al put on a fantastic performance. My 8 year old granddaughter is a big fan and she was just dancing, singing and clapping. The opening act was quite good as well. Nice family friendly show without being vulgar. Getting out of venue was quick. The worst thing I can say is Nashville is a hellhole filled with wall to wall drunk and scantily clad young folks. Some holding vulgar signs. We were stuck in traffic downtown for 2 hours, the time it takes to drive home, before we could get out of downtown. The traffic is horrible. There are no police presence directing any traffic. Drunks falling all over your car or standing in the road till you can’t even move forward. Won’t go back to downtown Nashville if I don’t have to.

  • Once-in-a-lifetime experience

by Whistle Britches on 9/29/25The St. Augustine Amphitheatre - St AugustineRating: 5 out of 5

We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. He entered the venue about 6' from us. It was SO AMAZING! It was worth every penny to sit so close.

  • Still buzzing days later

by John on 9/28/25The St. Augustine Amphitheatre - St AugustineRating: 5 out of 5

This was the best, most positive show I have ever experienced! I feel permanently changed into a happier person. Thanks Weird Al, for your amazing talent, band, and production! The venue was also a beautiful location, easy to get in and out of and felt intimate while being large enough for a sophisticated production.

  • Great concert!

Weird Al was absolutely fantastic! I had heard how good he was live, but he blew me away! He blended media into the live portion of his show so well - it was quite and enjoyable show. 10/10 would see him again!

  • Even better than expected

by Dad Travels on 9/28/25The St. Augustine Amphitheatre - St AugustineRating: 5 out of 5

Excellent concert, very entertaining! Weird Al of course is iconic and his parodies are comedic legends. The musicianship, vocals, and the production values were outstanding - even better than expected. Great use of multimedia as part of the songs and during transitions. There was never a dull or awkward moment. Highly entertaining overall!

  • Awesome show! Venue mostly good

by NicNac on 9/28/25The St. Augustine Amphitheatre - St AugustineRating: 5 out of 5

The venue has room for improvement when it comes to accessibility. It is absolutely unacceptable that there is no accessible merch line for wheelchair users. (The only merch line requires attendees to use the stairs). The Amp should have procedures in place for a wheelchair accessible merch line. Worse yet, GA attendees were permitted to loom over the wheelchair accessible section where we sat. At one point. DURING THE SHOW a person from the row in front of us came into our section to argue with someone in their party and they stepped into our section and stood in front of wheelchair users impeding their view for five minutes fighting with a person in their party. Where was security for five minutes while this was happening? It's bad enough that people with disabilities are mistreated by other attendees at a show, but staff should be there to protect them and accommodate them as much as possible. Do better!

  • Awesome shows fun atmosphere

  • Bigger and Weirder

by Jay Stone on 9/27/25The St. Augustine Amphitheatre - St AugustineRating: 5 out of 5

Weird Al brought us all back to our childhood days with his career spanning show. He played so so many of his best parodies including fat and Amish paradise. The medley with like a surgeon was my favorite, with one more minute a very close second. If he had thrown his underpants at me instead of the lady in front of me then it would have been my favorite. The Amp is hands down the best place to see a concert, and if you haven't seen Mr. Yancovic at least once in your life you should!
