Great Experience for We will Rock You

by GAELKATE on 12/2/19The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

It was our first visit to Windsor Caesars. It was a great experience and we will rock you was fantastic!! The singing was great and we could accept the drawn out storyline. The only problem we had was the seats. 2 hours in those seats was a bit much. A lot of squirming the last 30 minutes. In all, it was a great trip for 15 of us from metro Detroit. Customs on both sides were great to us. Canadian Customs told us to have a great time in Canada and US Customs wanted to know how we enjoyed the musical and to have a good rest of the night.

    Not what we expected

by Lois on 12/2/19The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

Thought they were a Queen tribute band - they tried to tell a story about futuristic music-I felt the storyline was weird - the band was good they should have let the band play Queen music - the last 5 - 10 mins were the best when they played Bohemian Rhapsody and We will rock you - many people left during the show , - a sign of not liking it ! Gave it 2 stars because the band was good and the last 10 mins

I really enjoyed the show- it wasn't at all what I was expecting but once I realized what the show was about I caught up quick. My girlfriend enjoyed it too - The Lorain theater is awesome !

Beautiful singing, great use of music in the story-telling!

    by K. H. on 11/26/19Kodak Center - Rochester

The singing and use of songs to tell the story was fantastic; the actors' voices were phenomenal and the show managed to utilize a great selection of queen music appropriately for story-telling. I would have liked to see Bohemian Rhapsody used more during the show itself rather than only in the bows, though it was a great way to engage the audience for a great finale. The only downside was i felt the end of the story was a bit abrupt. Overall, I really enjoyed the story and the use of music; I would see it again!

    Oh What A Night

by Chris M on 11/23/19Lorain Palace Theatre - Lorain

Last night at the Lorain Palace Theatre a absolute Gem we went to see We Will Rock You - A Queen Inspired Rock Musical staring a bunch of true bohemians . The literally are performing in Indiana Today . This troupe of performers from Canada were Amazing. It is hard to play to dead crowd who doesn't quite understand what the show is about but they slowly won them over, everyone on their feet at the end . Every singer/dancer were off the charts great the Band was perfection every element including their low key set was just perfect. I have a real soft spot for this show but I will say I enjoyed every moment . If you re in any of these citys on this groups rapid fire tour I would find the time and go .If I could afford it I would be their groupy !!!!

    Well below expectations

    by Madstop76 on 11/22/19Kodak Center - Rochester

Saw a production of this show 10+ years ago and loved it. This one fell way short in comparison. The characters over-acted, the choreography was too forced with the actors running from spot to spot with no fluidity. Some voices were good while others fell short. The costuming was poor and not at all appealing. The production took too many liberties with the lyrics as well as some of the dialogue. It appeared to be a rushed and cheesy production aimed at capitalizing on the resurgent popularity of Queen. The show ran for years in London. I don’t think this one would have made it for 2 weeks if it hit the stage there.

    Absolutely fantastic!

by Mar on 11/22/19Kodak Center - Rochester

I loved this performance. The voices were outstanding, especially the male and female leads. The male lead had a fabulous voice and I think he has that something special to make him a star. Love, love the Queen music.

Good Music; Didn't Love the Story Line

by Xavier Coo on 11/22/19Kodak Center - Rochester

Overall I was entertained by the performance. The music was decent, the performers were good singers but the story line was a little weak and the ending of the story was quite lame. With all that said, the energy at the end of the show was quite contagious and fun. and I Loved Galileo's references to former songs, singers and groups throughout the show. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the show to anyone but I also would not deter anyone from seeing it

    Wasn’t rocked

by Donlup on 11/22/19Kodak Center - Rochester

I’ve seen we will rock you 3 times before this show , it was one of my favorite shows. This last show was changed up a little. Maybe because it was a one night show. The props were week, some lines were changed , some of the actors not so great. The main 4 did a great job. The funny thing was, the one that was a stand in was the best one.

The title of the show is deceiving

by Audrie on 11/17/19McAllen Performing Arts Center - McAllen

Between the title, the cover and the mentioning of QUEEN, the writer is deceiving to make it look as if the show is based on the history of Queen. The storyline was bizarre as were the costumes. Everyone was leaving after it started or during intermission. It was difficult to sit through. The only save was the main actor. He sang great but that was it. I would NEVER recommend this and shame on the writers/producers for living off of Queen.

    Great Show.........horrible Sound System

by RD on 11/1/19Thalia Mara Hall - Jackson

The first half was drained in metal noise. After the emission, the volume was slightly reduced which made it tolerable. A wonderful show destroyed by a sound technician.

Worst show I have ever seen!!

by kalschwartz on 10/31/19Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land - Sugar Land

I don't think I have ever seen a worse show. The sound was too loud, the acting was horrible, the whole idea of the show was terrible. This idea of the show could have been great, but the execution of the idea was THE WORST! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SHOW!!! The row behind us left and we decided we had enough about five minute after that.

    Beyond Disappointing

by Katy on 10/31/19Thalia Mara Hall - Jackson

This show was suppose to be about the music of Queen. Instead it was a stupid, confusing, elementary excuse of a show about space aliens dressed like oompah loompas from Willy Wonka. People were walking out after the third song, at intermission over half the audience left along with my entire group. This really bit the dust!!
