A true multi-hyphenate, Brady's career path and personal life journey, has helped him see the world in a unique way. His aspirations have always gone beyond solely starring in various entertainment projects, and under his Makin' It Up Productions banner, he's set out to create new content across different platforms that showcase innovation and inclusivity in fun and powerful ways.

A five-time Emmy winner (the first to win Daytime and Primetime awards in two consecutive years), Brady has an impressive TV resume including Whose Line Is It Anyway? The Masked Singer, Black Lighting, The Good Fight and Showtime's American Gigolo- each spotlighting different aspects of his immense talent.

All of this following on the heels of the success of his award-winning daytime talk show The Wayne Brady Show.

Long an accomplished singer and performer, Brady's musical acumen has always been a personal passion and he used that as fuel to help win the second season of The Masked Singer. Off his victory, Brady dropped a brand-new original single, entitled "Flirtin' w/ Forever," which quickly climbed the streaming charts, as well as an accompanying music video.

This follows the success of his debut album which was headlined by a version of Sam Cooke's "A Change is Gonna Come" which earned him a Grammy Award nomination in the Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance category.

Brady has also triumphed on-stage started with his Broadway debut starring as legal showman 'Billy Flynn' in the long-running hit musical, "Chicago." Soon after Brady starred as the ground-breaking character 'Lola' in "Kinky Boots," Broadway's Tony Award- winning Best Musical, with music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper and a book by Harvey Fierstein. Brady would later assume his biggest theatrical role to date headlining as 'Aaron Burr' in the Chicago production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Tony Award- winning juggernaut "Hamilton."

Recently Brady returned to Broadway as part of Freestyle Love Supreme working with the production team of Lin-Manuel Miranda, Thomas Kail, and Anthony Veneziale. The unique show combines the fusion of hip hop, improv, and comedy which won it a special Tony Award for its innovation and contributions to the world of theater. Earlier this year he announced he will again partner with the Freestyle Love Supreme team as well as Speechless to create "FLS+," a new company committed to making improv globally accessible.

Brady's career evolution has also expanded to TikTok, amassing a stellar following in a short period of time. Whether utilizing social media to raise awareness to important social issues or collaborating with his extended family, the medium has helped him continue to reach and interact with new fans in surprising and innovative ways.

The show was just ok. His performance depends on the audience members that are selected for the skits.

  • Hysterically funny!

by VDubb on 10/18/09Patriot Center - FairfaxRating: 4 out of 5

I don't normally go to comedy shows, but this was absolutely hysterical! Not in a stand-up kinda way, but extremely interactive with the audience, and his sidekick who was also very funny. Only complaint, if I had to have one is that I really enjoyed Wayne Brady's album and was expecting him to sing some songs, and he didn't. However, I laughed harder than I have in a long time.

  • Great Show

by JasonMK on 10/18/09Patriot Center - FairfaxRating: 4 out of 5

Wayne Brady was every bit as good as you expect if you were a fan of Whose Line. He's got a partner with him who is decent, though unfortunately not quite on the same amazing level as Wayne. Overall, I thought the show was very good. As expected, the singing routines were by far the best part of the show. It's where Wayne Brady really shines.

  • Wayne Brady show was entertaining, but not fabulous

by WBFan on 10/18/09Rating: 4 out of 5

Wayne Brady's Patriot Center performance was entertaining, but not great. Having seen him in Las Vegas, Wayne Brady was not at his entertainment best. He focused exclusively on the center, floor seated patrons, to the exclusion of the rest of the audience. Since part of the entertainment is feeling part of his show, this left this viewer a ilttle disappointed. It would also have been nice to see him dance and sing a little, which he is so excellent at doing. All in all, this was a good show, but not up to the caliber of his prior performances.

  • Wayne Brady was fantastic!

by Twessy on 10/18/09Patriot Center - FairfaxRating: 5 out of 5

The laughs started from the moment he stepped on stage and didn't stop until he left. What a fantastic night. Now I know we have to make it to Vegas to see his regular show!

  • Wayne Brady at Silver Legacy Reno

    by ybond3 on 10/9/09Silver Legacy Casino - RenoRating: 5 out of 5

Wayne Brady is awesome. He is one of the best improv talents out there and very versatile. We really enjoyed his comedy, and he was a great singer; the only thing was the audience that he picked for his skits were not good performers.

  • Great fun

by PeavinePhD on 9/20/09Silver Legacy Casino - RenoRating: 5 out of 5

A great show case of his talent: improv skits, improv songs, stories, and music from his new album. My wife and I enjoyed the entire show.

  • WAYNE IS A TRUE MASTER OF ALL COMEDY!

by JOthinks on 9/20/09River Rock Show Theatre - RichmondRating: 5 out of 5

This is a spectacular show. I was busting a gut and crying. It was a great way to spend an evening. I have to say I have been to a few comedians acts and his is by far the best. You couldnt ask for more, a little bit of everything from singing, improv, stand up and best of all tonnes of audience participation. I highly recommend this show, it didnt even feel like I was sitting there for 2 hours, well worth the money. There were lots of highlights of the evening and to say just one is too hard... One of the great things of his show is no show is the same due to the uniqueness of each audience. GO YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED!

by ohoh on 9/14/09Silver Legacy Casino - RenoRating: 5 out of 5

We had a great time watching Wayne Brady- he was so funny- we had tears in our eyes laughing so hard. He also did some singing and that was good, too.

  • Great Show

by srnitynw on 9/14/09Silver Legacy Casino - RenoRating: 5 out of 5

Wayne Brady's show was very entertaining and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would go see him again anytime. Given its improv genre, you could go see him again and again and the show would be different every time.

  • Wayne was side splitting funny

by TheotherBradyfan on 9/13/09Silver Legacy Casino - RenoRating: 5 out of 5

Wayne Brady is a must see even if you don't know him from his tv shows. We laughed so hard our sides hurt and tears were running down our faces. The most unique thing about his show is that most of it is improv. So if you went to 10 shows you would never see the same one twice. Wayne has so many talents that he could never fit it all into one show. I would definely go to see him again.

  • Improv is fantastic!

by jycowgirl on 9/13/09Silver Legacy Casino - RenoRating: 3 out of 5

The music was great but towards the end when he was explaining his music it was more like "That's all folks." We felt he could have interspersed the music in between the routines. I also think that he would have been more fun doing the sound effects when he was doing the scenes as he is very talented in that area.

  • Brady's Show Was A Commercial

by MajorCanis on 9/13/09Silver Legacy Casino - RenoRating: 3 out of 5

He was late going on stage and then left early. The first part of the show was improv and it was very funny. But, he went into singing songs off his musical album and that was too long. Basically the show was a commercial for his new album, which he remided us many times we can buy on I Tunes. We left disappointed.

  • First time Excelent Experience

Besides Wayne Brady and his crew being an amazing entertainer, TicketMaster did a great job handling ticket sales too.

  • Loved the Improv!

My guests and I loved the improv but disliked the dancers and choreography. We would have loved to see Wayne just sing,

  • Wayne Brady is off the chain!!

by MichaeltHilson on 9/10/09Venetian Hotel - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first show in Vegas as well as my first time coming to Vegas. I decided to buy a friend of mine tickets to see a show while we were in town celebrating his 40th birthday. I decided to buy tickets to see Wayne. That was the best money I spent! Wayne is a talented actor, singer and dancer! I laughed from the beginning to the end! If you are ever in the Vegas area and want to laugh and be entertained, then Wayne Brady will do that and then some!

  • Total entertainment!

by Ladybug on 9/6/09Venetian Hotel - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

We saw Wayne Brady in Las Vegas during the Labor Day weekend. The show was sheer energy, laughter, and entertainment all the way through. He completely engages and invloves the audience the way he did on Whose Line Is It Anyway. Would strongly recommend it to all and would go again!

  • Wayne Brady is talented!!

Great show!! It kept me laughing the whole time. Type of show that can be seen multiple times.

  • Wayne was Wonderful!

by Rads on 9/1/09Venetian Hotel - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

The Wayne Brady show was amazing! I found myself laughing the majority of the show. Wayne's partner was an added bonus! He and Wayne made a great pair and really played off of each other! The last half hour of the show was Wayne singing to promote the upcoming tour he is doing. Although the singing and performance was great, I would have preferred more improve and less of the singing . We had seats in the third row on the far side of the theater. At first I was a little nervous being so close because Wayne had said that the show would involve a lot of audience participation. However, Wayne assured the audience that he would only call on those that raised their hands, this was a big relief. It allowed me to enjoy the show without worrying about being called on. I would recommend this show without hesitation!
