Wasia Project is a London pop duo formed by siblings Olivia Hardy and William Gao. Olivia, who plays violin, and William, a classically trained pianist, blend alt-pop and jazz with classical influences. The name Wasia Project is a fusion of "White" and "Asia," symbolizing the band's roots and culture as half-Chinese and half-English. They released their debut single, "why don't u love me," in 2019, followed by the EP How Can I Pretend? three years later. With singles like "Petals on the Moon" and "My Lover Is Sleeping," Wasia Project has gained popularity for their unique sound.

    Best Night of my life

    Seeing Wasia Project was better than the day my first son was born, and my second. They truly are the greatest musicians of the century, maybe even the millennia. If you get the chance to see them, see them.
