I love this venue, because it's intimate and easy to get up close to the stage. Although I missed Jani Lane, Robert Mason is a more-than-serviceable replacement, hitting all the notes and adding his own personality to the live show. This is my fourth time seeing this band since 1989. I'e never seen them in a place this small, but it was awesome to be able to high-five Jerry even if I had to dodge guitar headstocks, mike stands, and a lead singer. There was a ton of energy from the band and they looked just as jazzed to be there as they did when they played arenas in the 90s.
I rated this amazing because of the accessibility and, again, the energy of the band. They played a 90-minute set which included almost the whole of their first record and a big chunk of the second.
