  • Colbert/Daily Show Fan? This is for you...

If you are a fan of The Daily Show or Colbert report you will absolutely love Kamau Bell. He's smart, savvy and deftly tackles race, politics and even gender equality issues. I highly recommend a YouTube search of his television program that aired on FX for 2 years called Totally Biased. I deeply miss his TV show and can only hope that the producers at Comedy Central snap him up as a correspondent at the least or as the host of a regular program in the best case scenario. In the meantime, thankfully we have his standup offerings on tour. Go.

I went to this show not knowing W. Kamau Bell at all but on a recommendation from an acquaintance. I am very glad that I went and will follow him. The humor was sharp, insightful, and at times provocative. Venue was nice too.

Kamau is hilarious. Wish I knew the names of the comics who opened for him; they were amazing as well! Will miss his FX show.

  • Kamau Bell comes back to SF

by samner on 12/27/13Punch Line Comedy Club - San Francisco - San FranciscoRating: 4 out of 5

Great set of homecoming shows for Kamau. Very fresh and funny stuff. Karinda Dobbins and Nato Green both had amazing sets! Punch Line is such a small place, all the seats in the house are great.

  • W. Kamau Bell is at his best

by givergirl on 12/23/13Punch Line Comedy Club - San Francisco - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

The show was excellent! The act before him had me laughing at each, and every joke (surprisingly). Kamau's set was so funny and his adlibs worked very well with the crowd. He really has honed his work, you can tell that he's been touring throughout his television career and it's paid off.

  • W Kamau Bell is great live!

by TyrannosaurusBexypants on 12/22/13Punch Line Comedy Club - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

Although his TV show flopped, W Kamau Bell is great live! He hit on all the relevant, current issues with his realistic, witty spin. Very progressive and insightful. Well articulated, and I felt like part of the family at his show! Intimate and fun. Definitely laughed the whole night!

  • Go See W. Kamau Bell

by Lakalu on 12/21/13Punch Line Comedy Club - San Francisco - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

If it's not sold out, go see the show tonight. Brilliant, relevant, insightful and funny as hell. All three comedians are A+.

  • Consistently intelligent and funny

by rugcernie on 11/23/13Gramercy Theatre - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

I had seen much of this before, and it was still funny; even hilarious at points. It is unfortunate his television show was canceled. It should've been moved back to weekly.

  • W. Kamau Bell is awsome!

  • You can't trust people who don't like this comedy

by TooOldtoBeaGroupie on 7/22/13House of Blues San Diego - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

This was the best "entertainment" experience I have had in a long long time. The "Totally Biased" group of individuals, every one of them, is BRILLIANT. I laughed so hard I fell out! While cracking up, I was challenged, reflected, learned and through it all, may have improved a bit as a human being. What more could you want from a comedy show? W, Kamau Bell, Kevin Avery, Dwayne Kennedy and Hari Kondabolu are the BEST comedians out there right now. I only wish Janine Brito had been in San Diego.

Every one was hilarious! Even funnier than the show!

  • Hilarious group of performers

by RLWGKTA on 7/15/13Paradise Rock Club - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

The show was hilarious, I was buckled over in laughter. The two comedians that completely knocked it out of the park were Janine Brito and (obviously) W. Kamau Bell. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is liberal and follows social issues, these guys make that stuff funny.

  • Very good show

    by anon60 on 4/23/13Sixth & I Historic Synagogue - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

Really enjoyed the show, especially in such a small venue. Only problem was that the sound system wasn't great and it was difficult at times to understand both Kamau and his opening act. Despite that problem it was still a very funny show.

  • Kamau Bell was awesome

    by pdubfan on 4/23/13Sixth & I Historic Synagogue - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome show! Will definitely go back to see him again. The synagogue was setup nice and there really aren't any bad seats in the place.

    W. Kamau Bell was hilarious! I'd recommend him to anyone for a funny couple of hours.

  • W. Kamau Bell - smart comedy kept us laughing

    by La5ell on 4/23/13Sixth & I Historic Synagogue - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

    W. Kamau Bell's brand of socially/politically conscious comedy is refreshing. He kept us laughing nonstop the entire night. In addition to his planned bits, he spoke about our specific location (DC) and things that are unique to being here. W. Kamau Bell is hilarious and the way his career is going I doubt we will ever score tickets to his show that are that cheap ever again.

  • W. Kamau Bell

Excellent comedy for this truthseeker. He tells the truth, unlike so many famous people, hope his integrity doesn't get lost in the world of fame. Rock on Mr. Bell.

    W. Kamau Bell put on an amazing show: funny, insightful, endearing! Can't wait for the new season of Totally Biased.
