    A nice experience

by BsDulcimer on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

The concert was good. Politics should have been left out of it. That was not the place for personal views no matter what they are. Did not care for the rock music at all. We came for country music, not rock. Not sure if we would ever attend another one.

I was at the first Vol Jam and many in between, this one would have made Charlie proud. Thanks to everyone that made it possible.

    Disappointed

by Charlie Fan on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

Alabama didn’t show up and was on the billing plus a few others. Some of the older groups or individuals got to sing 1 song and the younger kids played a lot more. I also felt it would have been better if the artist would have sang Charlie’s music. Since the concert was in his honor.

    Awesome experience

by Pgiggers on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

This Jam was an awesome event, it had Country to Rock, Blues and Jazz and even a magician. We will come to many more hopefully. The only disappointment was that Alabama did not show and we really wanted to see them.

    Good times

by Ms. Boots on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

It was a great tribute to Charlie Daniels. Lots of stories shared by people who spent time with Charlie over the span of MANY years. 5 hours of music and memories. My favorite part was Randy Travis. He looked so happy to be on stage again, and to hear the love of the fans. He did an awesome job singing just 1 word "Amen". Nice mixture of music performers from all genres.

    Did not go

    by J. M. on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

Thought it should have been cancelled due to the new out break of covid and the hospitals being full.

    Enjoyable Evening

by TN Country Fan on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

The Jam was a fantastic evening of music and memories celebrating the life and music of Charlie Daniels. My only complaint is that for some of the acts the instrumental music was so loud that the vocals could not be heard or understood. Taking the volume down a notch would make the music more enjoyable. It was great to get the arena full of so many patriotic, music loving people together again.

Charlie Daniels Vol Jam- We Will Miss Him

    by Ami74 on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

Over 25 different bands or performers showed up to honor a Great Man! We floor seats last section and we were glad they had two jumbo screens up so we could see around everybody that stood… not fussing about them just wish I had their energy! Everyone did a fantastic job my only 2 less than five star opinions I’ll share is I wish they had played a few more Charlie Daniels songs and there was several ear-piecing feedbacks I could have lived without but part of the live experience. You know it’s good when you feel like you’ve been to a rock concert a country jamboree and church all at the same time! RIP Mr Daniels you exceeded Gods expectations and you have touched the lives of Millions!!!!

    Missed it

by Jen on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

With the rise in COVID-19 cases, we decided not to use our tickets. I wish they could have rescheduled the concert. I am thankful the money is given to charities from this event.

    Got the shaft

by John on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

Paid up for front and end of the row seats for 2 reasons. 1 so we would be around as few people as possible, as my wife is a nursing director and can't take too many chances. We wore our masks the whole time. 2 I have a very bad back and cant stand the whole time to see when people are standing in front of me. When we got there they cancelled our seats and gave us different ones because the event didn't sell out and put us in the middle of a section that totally cancelled my choice of seating. No refund, nothing. Just take it or leave it. The next day our necks were tight from having to turn to the right to see the stage. It was not the great event we had planned.

    Volunteer Jam

by Dj on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

How excited we were to drive 3 hours to see this show only to be disappointed that some of the advertised musicians didn’t show up and the ones that did……. Half of them couldn’t carry a tune. Our large group was feeling sorry for a lot of the Lead singers of these old bands because their voices are gone and they tried to get either the audience to sing their lyrics or they tried to sing much to the dismay of our ears. We have been to this jam several times and left in awe of the show. We miss Charlie as his previous jams were awesome.

    Volunteer Jam

by Bird on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

My wife and I enjoyed it very much. I felt like we were surrounded by people who love they country. The music was fantastic. We weren't hassled over the mask thing. I went to almost all the Jams since the seventies. GOD bless Charlie Daniels.

    5 star

by BoFar on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

Charlie Daniels Volunteer Jam as alway, a great great show. Lineup was solid as usual . Hopeful someone picks up the reins and continues the jam. Variety of the performers over the years has been the reason this was my 8 jam one little negative: sound system was on the blink. OVERALL SOLID AND WILL RETURN NEXT JAM! A+A+A+A+A+A+

    Charlie Daniels Salute

    by M. D. on 8/21/21Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

The concert was GREAT ! the only thing that could have made it better is if the venue opened the doors at 5:30 as advertised. You left us out in the rain until 6:02 !

    Never miss a Volunteer Jam!

by BobTheBroker on 12/7/17Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

Vol Jams are always an experience not to miss! From the eagle flying in the arena to the American Military being honored you can expect to be entertained while Charlie and his friends remind you why we love them for their actions plus their great music too. Charlie Daniels has the respect of other artist and is able to assemble them on one stage so we as fans can come together and enjoy a good time and know our money is going to a wonderful cause. I can't wait for the next Volunteer Jam!
