The most amazing concert I have ever been to. First time at Bridgestone Arena and the Lexus Lounge and what an experience! All of the staff in the Lexus Lounge treated us like we were the only four people there. The concert lasted over 5 hours and included some of the most famous names in music. What a legacy Charlie Daniels has left to all of us!!!
This is my second Volunteer Jam and I will keep coming back over and over! Thank you for an absolute wonderful experience!

So many artists and a Tribute to the great Charlie Daniels; it don’t get no better than that. Benghazi ain’t going away.
Show was great only issue was parking in back of area. Parking company wouldn't answer phone. The parking wanted to charge for month but found parking across the street
What a memorable night. 5 hours long but every minute was unforgettable.

The concert was awesome but we had some ride people in front of us that wouldn’t sit down. I think there should be security or workers to tell People to sit. Standing up for certain things / songs is ok But not the whole concert
I paid fir 7 row seats in section 3 . They moved the seats around I ended up in the 16 row. Was definitely upset.
The seats were great! The music was awesome! The love for Charlie Daniels was amazing! Fit for an amazing man!
Great performance by amazing performers for a good cause. I hope the tradition continues in Charlie Daniels honor
This was the most patriotic and sensational concert we have ever been to. They played non stop for 5 hours!!! What a beautiful tribute to the extraordinary patriot and musician, CHARLIE DANIELS!!! We will return every year as long as there is a Charlie Daniels Volunteer Jam. Thank you for this fabulous show!!!!
I brought my 88 year old father to Volunteer Jam as he is a Huge country music fan. He almost backed out and didn’t go because he was afraid of all the walking and steps. With that being said I called to change my tickets to handicap assistance and Britt called me back to help me and boy did she help me. She made the night for us! She gave me her cell phone number and had me text her when we got close. We took his wheelchair so he didn’t have to walk and she took us all he way to where he was going to sit and made sure his friend was able to sit with him. Then directed me to my seats. If that wasn’t enough, she texted me at the end of the night to make sure everything went good and that we had a good time. She went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. She was so kind and I will always be grateful to her for making it a great night for him! Thank you Britt!!!
The show was ok, but the sound man screwed up a lot. They did not have all the performers and that was very disappointing
Hello, thanks for asking - 1st off - doors opened over 20 minutes late - folks were standing out in the rain. We left after 4 hours - still all the entertainers on the bill had not performed, yet some locals had?? They were good, but headliners were held to 1 or 2 songs??????? We were sitting on the floor, it should be in the FAQ's - if seating is on the floor, it's over ice and dress warmly, not summer concert cute. There was a parking garage on site, yet parking with tickets was at a garage 2 blocks away???? Would I ever attend another? Probably not - seemed unorganized - too long in between entertainers. Anyway, just my thoughts - Peace out - DD
The Jam was great besides the artist not showing up (Alabama, Trace Adkins, Cowboy Troy, Gretchen Wilson, etc)—loved the different styles of music though
So many great performers! The highlight was seeing Randy Travis on stage and singing the last “amen” to LForever and ever, Amen”.
Alabama and Gretchen Wilson were no shows. Chris young, big & rich, lorrie Morgan, gatlinburg brothers, the comedian, Cici & Rhett Atkins were great. The rest of the performers - I wish I had a fast forward button. The less known performers were given a lot more play time. I won’t be attending this event in the future.
Had a blast will definitely be doing this again if they continue it. And very glad to see that all proceeds go to help our military transition home
