    Nothing but respect and love!

by Chocolate Thunder on 6/20/2331st Street Park - Oceanfront - Virginia Beach

We have been going to the Latin festival since it was a short concert next to Dairy Queen at Virginia Beach. Each and every time we have gone it has been nothing but respect and love! The crowds are getting bigger and bigger! There were NO issues or problems! It makes me feel good when people can come together and enjoy life, love and laughter! Awesome awesome show!!! Can’t wait until 2024

    Decent show, poor organization

by Roots music lover on 6/20/2331st Street Park - Oceanfront - Virginia Beach

Entry process was a disaster. Those of us with presale tickets had to wait in the same line as gate ticket purchasers to get entry wristbands. And the wait was AWAY from the music! Not a very professionally run evident. Ruby Perez was very good but spent too much time talking. This event used to be free. I expected more now that we are being charged.

Great all around! Music, Food and latin vibe.

by Manny on 6/20/2331st Street Park - Oceanfront - Virginia Beach

The event itself was great! A lot of fun with music and food. One thing that it made things confusing: I bought the tickets so i would figure that all i had to do was scan it at entrance, but i had to get on a separate line to get a bracelet and instead together before entering. Just an unnecessary step.

    Bulls & Barrels

by Jennifer on 4/29/232nd Street and Atlantic Ave - Virginia Beach

VIP tickets were supposed to include meet & greet with rodeo clown but we didn’t get that & we got there early. There were events happening before the 3pm advertised start time which was never communicated so we missed out on all of that. There wasn’t any information about signing up your kids for muttin’ bustin’ & had we known we could do that, we would’ve signed up our daughter. There was 1 bathroom next to the rodeo arena & it was sectioned off from everything with a barricade fence & we were made to leave the area, go up a set of stairs to the boardwalk & then back down a set of stairs to get to the bathroom, but other spectators were let through the barricade fence. All of the 4H set ups were sectioned off from the rodeo arena area as well which just didn’t seem to make sense at all since 4H was there as a part of the rodeo. Country music wasn’t even played!!! They played hip hop & rap-at a rodeo?!? Next time there should be country music as it’s a rodeo & better communication about events going on prior to the rodeo start time to include how & where to sign your kids up for muttin’ bustin.’ And if you are going to advertise benefits as a part of VIP tickets then you should get what you paid for.

    1st time beach rodeo

by Niseybaby on 4/19/232nd Street and Atlantic Ave - Virginia Beach

The rodeo was great. It's a great family oriented occasion. Parking, closed roads, traffic, OMG it was awful! I feel that it definately needs improvement when it comes to that.

    Beach Rodeo

by D on 4/19/232nd Street and Atlantic Ave - Virginia Beach

VIP SHOULD: 1) GIVE A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE WATER 2) BE UNDER TENT...FOR HOT SUN AND/OR RAIN 3) ELEVATED SEATING SO EVERYONE CAN SEE THE SHOW 4) NO SIGNS ON THE GATE DIRECTLY INFRONT OF SEAT WHERE YOU CANNOT SEE 5) THE BARRELS SHOULD NOT BE PLACED DIRECTLY INFRONT OF MY SEAT ALONG WITH THE RAKES BEING USED THEY WERE PROPED UP AGAINST PANEL INFRONT OF MY SEAT AND RUINED WHAT PICS I DID GET.
