I took my mama to see Mama and she throughly enjoyed it, although our seats were HORRiBLE! I paid a bunch for them too.

I knew Vicki and Mama would be a great show, however, it surpassed every expectation I had. It was FABULOUS! I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard, maybe it was when I saw her former co-star, Tim Conway.

I used to watch :Mama's Family" when I was little. I can probably still recite every line. Vicki Lawrence was so funny. My wife and I had a great time.

  • Has a catchy ring to it

Well, I have been a fan since Vicki started on the Carol Burnett Show, and I still think she is pretty funny, she has a natural gift for comedy, however I did think some of her material was a little dated in the first half of the show. The character of Mama still plays well, but only carries the show so far, but if you are a die-hard Vicki Lawrence fan, I would say go and see the show - the price is reasonable, and you will laugh!

  • Vicki was fabulous

    by CJG43566 on 5/9/11Keswick Theatre - GlensideRating: 4 out of 5

Great show! The first half was Vicki on stage, talking to the audience. She told stories about how she grew up and was discovered by Carol Burnett. Lots of behind-the-scenes quips. She also sang her hit "The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia". The second half was all about Mamma! So amazing how Vicki completely changed character. Funny outtakes from the show "Mamma's Family" and more great stories.

  • Vicki Lawrence was hysterical!!!!

I took my Mom to see Vicki at the Keswick Theatre in Glenside, PA to celebrate Mother's Day. Little did I know when we bought the tickets, but we ended up in the very front row!! Vicki was hysterical and I have never heard my Mom laugh so hard for so long before!! After the show we had a chance to meet Vicki and get an autograph. It was a perfect evening. Vicki gave both me and my Mom an unforgettable Mother's Day :-)

A once in a lifetime performance you truly cannot miss. She tells funny stories as herself and does an amazing routine as Mama. Truly unforgettable.

  • Vicki makes memories

She is funny and you love her as Vicki Lawrence, when she's Mama she's even better. I've been to see Vicki Lawrence every time she's come to the Snoqualamie. I never am disappointed. It's the fastest 90 minutes I spend all year. The out takes from the Carol Burnett and Mama's Family are side splitting, and add to the joy of the show.

Very funny and enjoyable! About 1/2 the show is Vicki, and 1/2 is Mama, and Vicki was enjoyable throughout the approx. 90 minute show.

Lots of laughs. Some material was a little stale, however "Mamma" was delightfully baudy. The show was a pleasant surprise.
