For NON-Pelicans or NON-Saints events, the Caesars Superdome Box Office at Gate A on the Ground level is open every Friday from 9am - 4:30pm for any events at the Superdome, Smoothie King Center or Champions Square. On the day of an event (NON Saints or Pelicans), the box office at the venue having the event will open by noon and remain open through the main act going on stage.

NO Video Cameras, NO Cans, Bottles, Weapons, NO Audio Recorders, NO iPads * SMOKING POLICY : The Superdome is a non-smoking facility.
