The best experience I’ve ever been part of

by TAG on 10/29/23Aztec Theatre - San Antonio

They had amazing drink options and the food was great. The bands were amazing to the crowd and had some sick merch for sale. So glad I went as it was my first concert with these bands and I found new bands to listen to through this concert that I didn’t know I’d enjoy. Super fun. Awesome people. Rad experience.

    Great Experience!

by Brin on 10/29/23Aztec Theatre - San Antonio

This was my son's first ever concert. He just turned 14 and has followed Vacations on Spotify for a while so we were so excited to see them live. They sounded amazing and interacted well with the crowd. Great experience, my son can't stop talking about it.

by Izzy on 10/22/23Revolution Live - Ft Lauderdale

The experience was amazing, the line was long but we were able to get on the floor and vibe out, all the artists were good and there was not one bad song. Everything was a banger and couldn't have gone any better.

    Crowd-fueled awesomeness

by Jonathan on 10/18/23Big Night Live - Boston

This band already demanded recognition from us with their signature sound and relatable upbeat/lazy music, but this live performance of theirs (being our first) won a special deep place in our hearts. The place was so fancy, and everyone was moving to the music. The vibe was just perfect. And the band is quite witty.

Boogie, but a little close for comfort

by Eric L on 10/10/23House of Blues Chicago - Chicago

This review will only cover Vacations and Last Dinosaurs, as I arrived too late for the first opener. The show was overall very fun. Both bands were engaging and animated, and the fans gave back great energy. The sound mix was excellent and the light show was superb. However, the show was a little oversold. There was very little room to move or breathe during the Vacations set. For the not-so-tall attendees, it was very hard to see the stage unless you arrived to the show at doors, and then you were locked into the main floor, unable to leave for the restroom or a drink. After the Vacations set, the crowd thinned a little. It would seem that fewer concertgoers were interested in Last Dinosaurs. Their loss. The Dinos put on a killer set with lots of grooves and solos and got the crowd moving. With a bit more room to breathe, the atmosphere at House of Blues changed dramatically, and for the better. Overall, the show was fun, but it should have been held at a venue with about 300 more capacity. Perhaps the riviera would have been better suited for this show. Otherwise it was a blast. Artists were great, the venue staff were kind and hospitable, and the fellow attendees were a lively and engaged crowd.

    BEST CONCERT EVER!!!

    by MJ on 10/10/23

I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend a concert by the band Vacations, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience that left my heart soaring. From the moment I stepped into the venue, I could feel the excitement in the air, and I knew I was in for a night to remember. The concert began with an anticipation-building buzz in the crowd as the stage remained dark. Suddenly, the lights dimmed even further, and the stage came alive with a burst of vivid and mesmerizing light shows. The combination of colorful spotlights, laser effects, and LED screens created a visual spectacle that was nothing short of breathtaking. It was as if I had been transported to another world, one where music and light merged to create pure magic. As the members of Vacations took the stage, the cheers and applause from the crowd reached a fever pitch. The atmosphere was electric, and I could feel the energy pulsating through the venue. The band wasted no time in launching into their set, and from the first note, I was completely captivated. Vacations' music is a unique blend of dreamy indie rock with hints of surf and psychedelic influences. Their sound is a sonic journey that takes you to sun-soaked beaches and distant galaxies all at once. The melodies were infectious, and the lyrics resonated with a sense of nostalgia and longing that struck a chord deep within me. What truly stood out, though, was the band's live performance. Their passion for their craft was evident in every note they played, and their chemistry on stage was palpable. The lead vocalist's voice was like a warm embrace, wrapping around you and pulling you into the music. The guitar solos soared, the basslines grooved, and the drums provided a steady heartbeat to the entire experience. Throughout the concert, the interplay between the music and the mesmerizing light shows was a sight to behold. The lights danced and swirled in perfect harmony with the music, creating a sensory overload that left me awestruck. I found myself lost in the music, swaying and dancing along with the crowd, completely immersed in the sonic and visual tapestry that Vacations had woven. As the night went on, the band played a mix of their beloved hits and newer tracks, each one met with roaring applause and sing-alongs from the audience. It was evident that Vacations had a dedicated fan base, and their music had touched the hearts of many. Towards the end of the concert, as the final notes of their last song reverberated through the venue, I couldn't help but feel a profound sense of gratitude. I had witnessed something truly special. Vacations had taken me on a musical journey that transcended time and space, and I had come away from the experience with a heart full of joy and a head full of beautiful memories. In conclusion, attending a Vacations concert was an extraordinary experience that I will cherish for a lifetime. The combination of their mesmerizing music and the stunning light shows created a sensory feast that touched my soul. If you ever have the chance to see Vacations live in concert, I wholeheartedly recommend it. You won't just attend a concert; you'll embark on a musical odyssey that will leave your heart soaring and your spirit uplifted.
