UTA, for 32 years now, has presented an AMAZING PROGRAM of top level jazz from multiple perspectives! There is such a wide variety among the performing groups and individuals that it makes five hours fly by! This is an opportunity for the audience to experience so much talent that it's almost overwhelming. Makes you want to hold onto each part as its own jewel. This was my first time at the St. George Theater. It's a beautiful historical "movie palace," but I have to say that I kind of missed Snug Harbor. Because seating there is open rather than assigned, it feels freer somehow and I think the audience is more reactive there. But I am not complaining. I had a wonderful time!
