TYRONE WELLS IN CONCERT:
Folk pop crooner Tyrone Wells has made a name for himself with his heart-rending voice, tender lyrics, and passionate live performances. A video of Wells singing "Beautiful Girl, Beautiful World" to his newborn daughter went viral in 2014, and the same sense of wonder that comes over baby Aria in the video can be experienced at his exhilarating live shows. In concert Wells keeps it simple, serenading fans with little more than an acoustic guitar and his warm, evocative voice. From the deeply moving "Time of Our Lives" to the life-affirming "Happy as the Sun", Wells' spiritually satisfying tunes and sincere live performances always leave fans feeling uplifted.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Tyrone Wells was born to a musical family in Spokane, WA, but he didn't begin writing songs until he moved to Southern California to attend Hope International University. He began performing in the mid-'90s as the singer of Sinai (later renamed Skypark), a Christian band that received a Dove Award nomination in 1998 for their album Am I Pretty? In 2000 Wells launched his solo career with a series of acoustic shows in Orange County, and in 2001 he released his self-titled debut album. A string of well-received records followed, but it was 2009's Remain LP that really put him on the map when it peaked at No. 17 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart. He followed up in 2010 with the EP Metal & Wood, an auspicious collection of songs that spent several weeks at No. 1 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter Chart. His 2012 album This Love fared similarly, reaching No. 2 on the iTunes chart and cracking the Top 20 of the Heatseekers chart. With his highly anticipated album Roll With It generating buzz in 2015, Wells has fans eager to experience his intimate acoustic sets in the flesh.
It was so much fun to see Brendan James (we both went to Carolina!). His voice is incredible :) Tyrone Wells and his band were a lot of fun. The drummer is fantastic and also really funny. A great way to spend a Friday night in Boston!
The Tyrone Wells concert at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall was AMAZING!!! The venue was excellent. Tyrone Wells is one of the most talented singer songwriters I have ever seen! Please bring him back to Ponte Vedra
Tyrone Wells put on an excellent show. He played a good mix of old and new songs, and he did a great job connecting with the audience. He had appropriate moments of comedy and seriousness, and his talent is incredible! My only complain is that he didn't play longer!

Venue is one of the best yet. Gave a feeling of being somewhere really special. Can't say enough good things about the organizaiton of ticketing and seating, sound and atmosphere and great staff. The concert was one that goes to the top of our list. Absolutely one of the best. Joe and Tyrone are great together and the duet they performed was wonderful. Joe Brooks gets better and better every time we see him. The music was exceptional and diverse . The overal message from both performers was great. Definately entertaining , fun, and "real" These are two highly talented down to earth guys that can really Rock. Can not understand why we do not hear more of there stuff on the air waves. All in all it is really great for a couple mom's to hang with their 17 year old kids and everyone have an exceptional time and a memorable night that will never be forgotten. Only complaint , the evening had to evetually end.
I have seen these guys twice. This venue, the people, and the employees were so nice! THE CONCERT WAS AWESOME. The guys did a meet and greet while Tyrone was setting up, and after his set, everyone came out again. They are the nicest guys and it was awesome. Can't believe it was over a month ago I went. Everyone was awesome!
I first saw Tyrone as a backup group to Better Than Ezra several years ago. I immediately became a fan and have seen him 4 times since. He is underrated and incredibly talented. I hope he hits it really big!
As expected Tyrone was amazing. Had never heard of Joe Brooks before, love his music!!!
The Brighton Music Hall was an intimate, relaxed, fun, low key venue. We were only feet away from the performers. I missed the Joe Brooks act because I was late. Tyrone Wells was great. He has a lot of charisma, great voice, super entertainer. I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Thanks!
I brought two friends who had never heard of Tyrone before. I could tell they were hesitant, but went because I am a huge fan. Just like I had promised them, they were hooked as soon as the first song started. Tyrone has a beautiful gift. I, along with my friends were enchanted with him till the very last note was played. Thank you Tyrone for such a wonderful evening. I am so happy I got to see him perfrom before I moved to the Southwest. Please try to schedule a show in Tucson, AZ so I can see him again.

Absolutely one of the best performers I've ever had the opportunity to see. Tyrone and his band are fun and energetic, and not hard on the eyes either! Their music is smooth and their sound is amazing.
Joe Brooks was absolutely phenomenal , his voice is genuine and amazing, he had fun while he was on stage and made it great for the audience , I would have paid the ticket price just to see him perform and he is the reason i went to the concert, he met with his fans twice in-between acts and at the end of the show. Joe had a way of making you feel every emotion in his songs and was a wonderful performer . Before I went to the concert I had only heard a few songs of Tyrone Wells and o be honest by the end of the concert I needed to buy his CDs he was a great performer and an awesome person ! They both made this a super fun concert and made you feel like you were a part of the show ! I would recommend going to there show ! I cannot say enough good things about Joe Brooks he was beyond words . Tyrone Fans know he is great and I can now call myself a Tyrone Fan as well!
Tyrone Wells gave another great performance - I like that he chooses smaller venues that feel more intimate. His commentary is a mix of funny and truth - overall, he's a great show!
The opening act, Joe Brooks, was entertaining and the music lively. Glad Tyrone came back to Portland. Sang familiar songs and a few new ones. It was a wonderful concert. Well worth the price paid for the tickets.
Tyrone always delivers....love him! Joe Brooks was also quite good and liked that he was on set for more than just a few songs.
I loved seeing Tyronne. There is no one else who can perform on such a high level live. Also, the coach house had a fun, comfortable set-up. Make a dinner reservation for a better seat.

After music from Elina, and Joe Brooks which was okay, I was hoping there's still be a long set from Tyrone and he didn't disappoint (he never does). He played for about an hour and a half... doing many Tyrone favorites, some great new stuff and a few covers. Love the new stuff and looking forward to the next album. After hearing his 'old' stories a few times gotta tell you that we enjoyed the goldfish story :). Don't worry, the old stories never really get old. Hey Tyrone, if you're gonna do covers, please bring out Ain't No Sunshine. Can't wait to see this artist live again (and again, and again)!
