TYE TRIBBETT IN CONCERT:
Gospel songbird Tye Tribbett possesses an uplifting spirit that can't be matched -- his energy radiates into the crowd as he performs "He Turned It" and "If He Did It Before (Same God)" with an infectious spunk at his live shows. Whether he's preaching the Word or backed by the choir-like group Greater Anointing, Tribbett sings with passion and enthusiasm, giving it his all with every performance. Back on the road, he'll treat fans to an incredible live show during his upcoming set at SpiritFest 2014: Real Fathers, Real Men, where he'll perform alongside Kirk Franklin and more.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Tye Tribbet got his start as the frontman of Greater Anointing, a.k.a. GA, in 1997, establishing a huge cult following early on with high-energy local gigs in their New Jersey hometown. Their exciting live shows attracted the attention of producers Buster and Shavoni, who recruited GA to sing on the Prince of Egypt soundtrack a year later -- a gig that launched them to success virtually overnight. Since the release of their 2004 debut Life, Tribbett and company have toured with country greats like Faith Hill and Tim McGraw and performed alongside some of music's biggest legends including Elton John, Stevie Wonder, and Gloria Estefan. Their modern gospel music challenges the traditional sounds of the genre, and their ability to push sonic boundaries earned them two Grammy Awards for the 2013 release Greater Than. Tribbett takes the stage solo on his latest tour as he preaches the Word through his music, and he'll treat fans to a hit-filled setlist at SpiritFest 2014: Real Fathers, Real Men.
MGM Event door greeter were all very welcoming, approachable, and helpful with assisting me with my ticket and seating. Pastor Tye is an awesome leader that transforms the songs that he sings into a Worship Experience. His backup singers had amazing vocals and flowed in oneness with him. He brought and administrated many gifts that touched the hearts of the people. Hands down a great experience.
The entire concert was "Awesome", I would go see him today if he came back. It was some much Godly Love, Power and Energy in his performance. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, but it was for "Only One Night Tho".
I purchased tickets for my daughter's birthday. The venue was very nice, clean spacious. The staff was very friendly. The crowd understood the assignment for the night. The Women's bathroom was amazingly clean!!!! If there was ever a negative was the parking and the exiting of the venue. The parking both coming and going was extreme bottleneck, especially leaving( we sat in the parking space at least 30 minutes before the already in line cars started moving) At the elevator bay to the garage there was six elevators. Only three was operational for the crowd size. The other three was intentionally locked out not to run by the venue. The Food Court seemed lightly staffed to Handle the crowd volume leaving the concert. Overall will I go back to see another show at this venue? Absolutely!!!! I will definitely plan other alternatives as to food and parking to make things seamless for the next time.
This show was electric from beginning to end. Loved the energy and the combination of worship. Truly magnificent and memorable experience.
The "Only One Night Thou"Concert with Tye Tribbett, was amazing in every way. I enjoyed seeing his mother introduced him. Moreover, I enjoyed singing all his hits. I also enjoyed the sermons.
Tye Tribbett and friends bring it! They create the atmosphere for worship with fun and excitement. I’m looking to go once more on this tour!
He sang all of his greatest hits and included Tasha Page Lockhart.

This concert was so amazing! Tye was so entertaining engaging with the audience not one person was sitting! I’ve contemplated purchasing more tickets at another state to enjoy the experience again! The singers were so lit! 🔥 10000/10 recommend!! 👌🏾
I paid for the VIP and was told that my picture would be emailed, but while taking a picture with the artist no one took my email address and I didn’t have an identifier. How will they know who and where to send our photo.
