We thought everything was much improved, especially pregame presentation. We had fun and enjoyed ourselves.
Attended the Jan. 26th Roadrunner game against the Condors. Enjoyed it very much, as the family has enjoyed all the prior Roadrunner games we've attended. Too bad they lost, but fun was had by all. Food and beverages are fine. We also enjoy the "cam" shots! Staff is very friendly. All around great experience.
Great atmosphere, great people, great game. I will definitely go again
First time for us to attend the Tucson Arena for a hockey game. It was a lot of fun and a very comfortable arena. Contrary to our experiences in larger arenas, the temperature was very comfortable greatly reducing the need for cold weather clothing. Pretty much good viewing locations any place in the arena. Food options were good!
Although the Tucson Roadrunners lost 1-4, it was a good time! The event staff was extremely helpful and you can't beat ice hockey in the desert! Go Roadrunners! Beep beep!!!
Roadrunners are awesome! Venue is great and all staff is very friendly helpful.
Always a great way to spend an evening, at the game with our Roadrunners!
I travel to away games for a hobbey, making a dozen or so games a season on the road. Tucson has a great brand of hockey and they are doing it right.
The facility is modern and the team exciting and well coached. Not a bad seat in the venue. They have lots of attractions to keep fans interested and involved. The vendors offer a wide selection of food and beverage at a reasonable price for such an event and venue. The biggest negative is the much too loud head banging music played whenever there is a stoppage of play. We are older fans, many with hearing aids, and nearly always leave the games after the second period with headaches. Several of our friends, whom we introduced to the Roadrunners, love the game and the team but will no return because of the loud music.
For being minor league, there's quite a bit of action
Happy to have some hockey in Tucson. Just wish it had a home that was not falling apart.
Hockey in Tucson is here! Great time, great action and energy! Would recommend this to anyone as a family night!
The Tucson Roadrunners hockey game was a fun time. We were in Arizona on vacation & decided to see a hockey game. The tickets for this AHL team were so much cheaper than the NHL team in Phoenix. We could buy seats so much closer to the ice. Sorry to say the home team lost, but we had a great time! There was so much going on besides the game. It's a great place for a family outing, without breaking the bank. All the kids around us were having a wonderful time. What a way to introduce kids to a great sport! I hope the people in Tucson give this team tremendous support.
Had a great time at my first real hockey game (even though they lost)!
I spent the extra money for great seats for my girlfriends birthday. The venue had only one concession open, no selection but ok...let's see the Roadrunners....was disappointed with the lack luster performance and lack of intensity by the team. I'm always up for a hockey game...just wish it had been a good one...come on guys...play like it matters to get the call up by the Coyoteszzz
Good Game, good seats. A hard hitting game, well worth the money for a AHL Hockey Game
Event billed as introduction to farm league players and no printed roster provided with names and numbers. No respect for faithful fans.Annouced attendence was inflared, less than a thousand present so rosters could have been printed for less than $50
Hockey was so much fun. Can't wait to go again. The game was very exciting.
Took to long to get food and beer only two places to get food.
