Great atmosphere- team plays hard - look forward to going to many more game - well done boys

Game was fine but the arena is worn out. It is dark and dingy. General admission seats fit a child but is very snug and no legroom for adults. Concession items are very overpriced for what you get. Parking is $10 and you need to arrive early because available parking space fills up due to hotel patrons and other businesses using this small parkade as well as the arena.

We participated in the Yoga on Ice and then watcked the Roadrunners game. It was so much fun and a shout out to Julie who helped us with our ticket purchases.

Team is much better than last year. Good entertainment

Good teams, lots of other entertainment, pretty good snacks, clean restrooms, great security.

Since I was going to the game. I thought I would pay a little extra and sit on the glass. The game was a lot of fun and the seats were great. Unfortunately, parents sent their children down to the empty seats around the glass and I became the daycare leader. Kind of a shame. Kind of ruined the game for me. I know it's not on the venue. It's on the parents but something to think about if you're going to a game.

Had a great time! It was a fast paced game with two even matched teams that played really well! Had a lot of fun and so did the people I went with!

Took my daughter, we had a great time. We don't know a lot about hockey. Watch the warm up, gentleman after the teams had left the ice tossed a puck over for my daughter, she looked like a kid at Christmas with her new puck. We loved the passion and heart of the roadrunners. My daughter said even though we lost, they played great. Already planning for the next game we can go to.

Great game and outstanding support to our military community

The seating at this arena is rediculous. I've never in my life sat in chairs this small and close together. The cup holder is literally where your elbow goes, so i kept almost dipping it my drink. I can't imagine if I was a big person ( im 5ft 4, 140) how much more horrible that would of been. I feel bad for anyone who is even slightly larger than me. Everything else was great!

If Ticketmaster is the only way to get future Roadrunner hockey tickets, we will not be back.

First ever Roadrunners game and they played the Henderson Silver Knights. My wife and I lived in Vegas when the Golden Knights were born so my wife and I were the only 2 people in the arena rooting for the visiting team. Silver Knights 4-1 winners. It was fun. Can't wait till next time they r in town.

as a fan of hockey it's nice to have it close by, but the team is lackluster and the fans have no clue for the most part. The mascot is annoying. But it's nice to see some of the up and commerce even if the home team can't keep them they always seem to trade them.

Fast-paced entertainment. Family friendly environment. Good concessions. Plenty of cold beer. Great value!

Quick and access to facilty from parking. Team needs major working to be competitive. Pricing overhaul on Tickets is a must. Sat night and few fans. Majority of those in attendance far from the action unable to give much needed support. Families attending shelling out a wad of cash between tickets, concessions, and parking. Come up with a better plan and fill the seats!

We really enjoyed the front row seats which were a gift from our son. Accepting the seats and moving them to Wallet worked well. Quick entry by using the phone with seats on it. Like your method of dispensing the seats to us.. All is good. Thank you for the easy process, Joe

We always enjoy the hockey games. Will be going back several more times this season...including tonight!

I called a head to make sure i could bring my refillable water and they said i could. However when i got there, security made me take it back to my car. All the signage and overhead audio said no noisemakers and not only are there tons of people with cowbells but they GIVE AWAY cowbells as a promotion? But somehow its not ok to bring in my water. The seats were small (i am an average sized person) and were incredibly uncomforatable to get in and out of and the restrooms are incredibly inconveniently placed. The other fans were very rude and the confusion as vendors accepted cash only vs card only was a mess. I have no plans to return.

Although the team lost the experience was top notch. The TCC has all new glass and boards. Clearly they are cleaning the place up nicely. I hope they dont stop there. Its a lot of fun and we liked the venue.

These games are great love the atmosphere, parking is decently priced as is the food, love the intermission games they do. Overall very pleased if anything needs improvement would be the audio in the building its terrible also a 4 sided game screen in middle would be cool. Lastly maybe some tall round tables with bar stools around the upper floor for people to eat at. Other than that keep up the awesome work and GO ROADRUNNERS!!!
