    Powerful Performance

by Phil on 3/29/22Beacon Theatre - New York

A company of excellent & talented musicians! The ABB should be proud to have been given this wonderful tribute. “Eat a Peach for Peace”

The kids put on a good show!

by LouieTheG on 3/29/22Beacon Theatre - New York

The young folks were very entertaining. As echoed by many others who were in attendance it was not at the same level of authenticity making you forget you're not listening to the original that the world's best tribute bands like Get The Led Out, DSO, Australian Pink Floyd, LIVE AT THE FILLMORE and others offer. Still, it was a very enjoyable evening. Well done!

    Good show - but disappointed.

by ABB Fan on 3/29/22Beacon Theatre - New York

I thought the advertising for this show was misleading. After receiving an email from TM informing me of an upcoming show coming to the Beacon: "Allman Brothers Present the 50th Anniversary of the release of Eat a Peach", I was expecting to see the Allman Brothers, not an ABB Tribute band. Maybe I didn't read closely enough, but I doubt if I am the only one who was confused over who was actually going to perform. While the band, Trouble No More, was entertaining and had ABB's music down pat, it was NOT what I was expecting to see/hear. Count me as disappointed.

    Great Experience

Probably my only time to be ‘on the rail’ at a concert and it was incredible. Trouble No More did The Allman Brothers proud!

    Not ready for the beacon

by Kellz on 3/29/22Beacon Theatre - New York

First off the advertisement was extremely misleading.. “The allman brothers band presents the 50th anniversary of eat a peach at the beacon” … that makes it sound as though the newer members of the original band ( Derek Trucks, Warren Hanyes…) would be performing.. Trouble No More was fine as a cover band, but not a tribute band. Hopefully the sound was worked out prior to the second show, but as for the Friday show, on the balcony, it sounded like jumbled noise. The kids were talented, but sounded as though they were all trying to outplay each other. It was awful. First time we have ever walked out of a show. We drove 3 hours to attend and stayed for 45 mins. Just to drive the 3 jots back home. My father who has been to almost every Allman Bros show at the beacon, said “this was the worst show he’s ever been to”

Band was awesome! Not the theatre

by Lee Lee on 3/29/22Beacon Theatre - New York

Unfortunately we were told that our balcony seats were changed and we had to sit on the floor. I had carefully picked out my seats and my niece chose her seats to be nearby. Instead we had to sit apart in one of the last rows with people standing in front of us.

by deggor on 3/29/22Beacon Theatre - New York

Roosevelt Collier added a dimension with oedal steel thst should have been used for years by original band. i hope they continue to perform. this was truly a special night for all of us who miss the Allman Brothers.

    Better than expected

by Tazman blues on 3/28/22Beacon Theatre - New York

The drummers were on point. The bassist great too. The keys were good but the sound was not clean as it could be. Maybe more mid and/or bass. I thought the 2 guitarist were good but they often overplayed. I am sure the young guitarist were eager to show they're chops but they needed to leave more space. The treble was a bit too piercing at times. This is coming from a fellow musician, student and lover of the blues. But the Allman Brothers are hard to pin down. I am sure as the band matures they'll be great. My nickname is also Taz.

    Little More Needed

    by D. G. on 3/28/22Beacon Theatre - New York

Nice low key venue in great area of NYC. Suggestion: Balc A needs labels on rails to remind guests to keep feet/drinks off ledge to eliminate repeated verbal reminders.

    And Then Some

    by D. G. on 3/28/22Beacon Theatre - New York

Ticket transactions easy. Music was great. Was expecting more “Wow! Let’s welcome…” and a bit more glam to make it more than an amazing practice session. Event started at least 30 mins late.

    Trouble No More

by JamesRocco on 3/28/22Beacon Theatre - New York

What a fantastic show! So glad I was able to see this tribute to the Allman Brothers and the legendary “Eat a Peach” album. Taz is amazing and the rest of the musicians were equally as awesome Friday night!

    Overall Worthwhile

    by C. L. on 3/28/22Beacon Theatre - New York

Overall I feel the event was worthwhile. The Allman Brothers music needs to carry on and I support this effort to continue it. I loved watching these young new musicians take their turns working out various ways of jamming to the Allman's classics. However, the event at The Beacon was fraught with some issues: 1) the volume was literally deafening. I mean the sound engineers failed to appropriately set sound volume levels for The Beacon Theater venue. This is not my age or hearing issue, I see a lot of concerts that are really enjoyable. The sound levels were too loud for basic enjoyment of the performance on Friday night. My 15 year old son's head was ringing still the next morning. 2) Confusion about the lineup - in 2020 we attended The Allman Brothers Band 50th tribute to the first album where the incredible lineup paid tribute to the 1st album by playing it in it's entirety. Ticketmaster billed this show as "The Allman Brothers Eat A Peach" but it wasn't the same lineup it was the Trouble No More band and while they covered all the tracks it wasn't in order. 3) OVERJAMMED - the band needs to understand that while they may have figured out how to jam out hard to every song, a concert is supposed to include a few highlight jams. The band allowed each band member to jam wildly to each and every song they performed. After a while it became a little difficult to endure each guitarist's attempt to jam it out. I mean, folks started to leave even before they got to Mountain Jam... 4) Dan Donato needs to grow up and own it. Watching him try to perform was like watching an introvert try to make conversation at a party. There were moment's when he really hit it well but mostly it was like cheering him on to get there. Come on man. CONCLUSION: When I saw the show at Madison Square Garden 2 years ago... I didn't want the band to ever stop and I didn't want to leave. That's the way a show in NYC should be. So I rate this Beacon show like a 3 out of 5. I'm glad I went but I was fighting to hang in there for the whole show.

50th Anniversary of Eat a Peach

    by N. D. on 3/28/22Beacon Theatre - New York

Show was Great, Trouble no More, Excellent They played all the songs exactly as if the Allman's were playing.

    It was ok.

by No more. on 3/28/22Beacon Theatre - New York

The concert was not marketed correctly. It misled in that it seems to present The Brothers as the band to perform. Trouble No More was good, but the advertising was misleading.

Great band but way too loud.

    by j. c. on 3/28/22Beacon Theatre - New York

Great musicians but sound was, on average, 15-20 db over OSHA safety standards. I measured. Made the music very hard to appreciate. Also could’ve done without the retina blaster lights that kept popping off aimed at the audience.
