Driving guitar solos and throbbing rhythms make up the heavy metal produced by Orlando-based metalcore outfit Trivium. Since their start in 2000, the four-member band has sold more than a million albums and toured alongside other big-ticket metal acts like Iron Maiden, As I Lay Dying and GWAR, bringing fans at venues like Fillmore (Detroit), the Buckhead Theatre and Aztec Theatre to capacity.

Their most recent effort, “Vengeance Falls,” surfaced in October 2013 and landed at No. 15 on The Billboard 200, as well as in the Top 10 on Japanese and Australian album charts. Along with a discography of six full-length records and a healthy U.S. tour history, Trivium has also handled concerts throughout Europe, Japan and Australia.

For the 2006 collection “The Crusade,” Trivium frontman Matt Heafy took a slight departure from his metalcore scream to deliver more traditional singing vocals that some compared to Metallica. That album debuted at No. 25 on The Billboard 200, and Heafy went back to his signature scream for the follow-up, 2008’s “Shogun,” and subsequent releases.

    My second time seeing Trivium and my brother's 5th time and they nail the show every time!! The openers Heriot and Jinjer were incredible as well, just an amazing show all the way around and the stage presence was explosive!!! They guys know how to pump up a crowd and have a great time doing it.

    It's was a badass concert! We got in late,so didn't get to Heirot, But Jinjer was awesome and Trivium was even more awesome! Me and my girlfriends first time seeing them. Super worth seeing them

    The Murat is a great place to see a show. Everything is too notch, easy access too food, drinks, bathrooms, the band merch is usually right outside the main room. Trivium played a great set, Jinjer was the reason I went though, and they are absolutely fantastic live. Heriot was also very good. Overall a great show that I enjoyed!

    I loved this venue!! Lots of room to walk about and mingle. The t-shirt line moved very fast and the coat check lady was outstandingly helpful and friendly! The drink attendant made my son's night lol. Trivium was outstanding. First time seeing them and all I can say is amazing!! Stage presence was awesome and they sounded great. They have new fans with my husband and myself. Can't wait to see them again!!
