Tri-City Americans Tickets

The guys did a great job and played an aggressive game even though they new they had to take on Spokane the next night.

The crowd and staff is wonderful. & it's a great example of minor leauge hockey.

The highest row, fans here were very fun to sit with. It was difficult to see the goal on our end of the rink, but other than that, they were a great view. We had comfortable seats instead of the regular stadium ones. :)

I found the staff to be the most unprofessional and unprepared of any arena I have been to and that includes High School sports. The idea that an ice problem would result in a game being suspended is the most unbelievable thing I can think of. It appeared that the American staff and the arena staff should perhaps try checking out what goes on at Trac. I would expect not only a refund but an appology in public --- or is that too much to ask of these guys?

Are you kidding? What a nightmare! We understand that the whole "ice" issue was nobody's fault, they tried hard to fix it, it was frustrating for the players (on and off the ice) and safety comes first. BUT...the way it was handled was totally WRONG. There was no communication with the crowd. The announcer kept up the birthday and meaningless chit chat instead of letting people know what was going on. People who were listening to the radio or on cell phones knew more than the people in the crowd. And let's talk PR. Have a clue! There were a lot of unhappy and inpatient people in the crowd. Wouldn't it have been a time to throw out a few more t-shirts or even announce some random rows or seat to get those Pizza Hut breadsticks? Any type of give-aways would have kept the crowd at least partially entertained. And this is a big event for us since we live out of town. We pay for gas, meals, motel...what is our ticket worth now? A make up game that we may or may not be free to attend? What about our extra expenses? Tri-City Americans...you DID NOT handle this problem correctly. How are you going to make it right?

The game was great but the seats were an insult! There was no mention of restricted view & I could not see one of the goals without standing up through half of the game.

Good game, good time. Nice arena that's easy to find, park, and leave. We drove down from Spokane and returned the same night. Not too happy about the Chief's losing, but the arena was nice. I think the tickets were a little pricey compared to what we pay in Spokane. There are plenty of choices of vendors including Pizza Hut, beer and the usual sporting event food. I like hockey and the Chiefs v Ams rivalry is as strong as any others. I recommend going at least once if you're a hockey fan.

Very good venue. The barn has very good seating visibility. Parking is easy. The staff is friendly and courtious. The level of play is very good. The only short comming is the lack of peanuts for sale.

Best bang for buck. The 2fer is a great entertainment value.This venue is comfortable and our seats were superior, but not a bad seat in the house.

Win or Lose, the atmosphere was fun and entertaining!!!

everything at the arena was good, the help was friendly, and the game went great. all in all the experience was fantastic.

The Tri-City American's won 5-2. They were great! Glad to see them win and we all had a great time.

Hockey game was GREAT but the seats..what a nice surprise! We were front row center..right behind the glass. Up-close and exciting, in our face hockey game! Wow!

I'm new to hockey, but have enjoyed watching the sport. There is a lot of action and Ticketmaster got me seats up front and for a ok price. We were also able to experience the Teddy Bear toss, toy drive too. That was a lot of fun.

Am's lost but it was a good game...................................

I think our American's forgot to come to play last night or had too much turkey and was too tired to stay on thier skates! Come on guys, we know you can win. The team I saw last night was not the team I saw earlier this month. We have a great team, let's keep it going!

the seat were great and was invited to join the box seats by some extremely friendly folks. looking forward to attending another game and hope the Americans are much better prepared. keep up the great customer service and spirit.
