We were right in the middle of a historic comeback! Plenty of places to get great views, shade, good food, and amenities all over the place. Rideshare line ran smoothly. Was very surprised at the efficiency of everything
The event was so organized. There were plenty of food and beverage options. We lucked out with getting to see all the players enter the warmup area, and the bleachers open to the public on the 15th green were the best seats in the house. We will definitely be back.
The parking was miserable. Ticketmaster indicated parking would be in the Georgia World Congress Center and it wasn't. I spent over 30 minutes trying to find a place to park with my parking pass I purchased. In addition, I was overcharged for the parking pass. I paid for one (1) parking pass and was charged for two (2) parking passes. I really would like a refund for the additional pass I paid for. Other than that the golf event was exciting and outstanding.
First class all the way, from traffic logistics, to the impeccable golf course, hospitality alternatives, and the ultra competitive golf played by the worlds best players!! Congrats to Jay M and the entire PGA tour team!!
The payment process for the parking (general parking) at North Dekalb Mall was very confusing. It was not clear why the system offered more than one parking pass. The description of riding air conditioned buses to the tournament site from the mall led me to believe the parking passes could mean you had to pay for each seat on the bus, so if you had more than one person in your vehicle, you had to also pay for these extra seats on the bus. The parking pass information should have made it clear that the parking pass was per vehicle, not potential extra charges for the seats on the bus to the tournament since the boarding process to get n the bus did not require any verification.
9th hole experience included seating close to the green. Basically on the green. Food and Drink included and a staff that insured everyones expectations were met.
Concession prices are simply too high! Get these under control to give patrons a better experience

This was a great event and I went to the Thursday, Saturday and the Sunday round. Parking at the Congress Center is convenient for me to get to but with the Falcons game on Saturday and the ATL United game Sunday the bus rides back to the car were very, very slow. At the event they have removed most of the public grandstands which has made it very difficult for the average fan to see and sit and enjoy the golf like in years past. I think if they are going to continue this I would like to see them have designated areas for chairs like the masters. Also the beer price and the selection is horrible if I'm paying 12 bucks for a 12 oz. can of beer I better get to pick a good one. They used to serve 24 oz. draft but looks like those days are gone. On the good side the screening at the gates has really improved to get into the coarse and is very automated which made it quick. As always all of the volunteers and concession staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly and it is great that this event keeps putting back into the development and improvement of both the Eastlake and Atlanta community.
I attended the Saturday round. It was extremely sunny, hot and humid. Started at the merchandise tent. Way overcrowded. I actually felt unsafe and was surprised the fire Marshall didn’t have them limit occupancy. There is little Toni shade out on the course so if you don’t have hospitality access it can be tough. The volunteers were all very good and helpful. Way too many people running around in golf carts. It was especially tough in the many crowded areas. At one spot we actually had to jump out of the way because two concession carts were actually racing down the paved path. Overall I would say that of all the PGA tournaments I have attended this one left me thinking it is better to watch on TV
The buses were great the tournament was well organized
East Lake is a magical course!!!! Rich in history with Bobby Jones and not to mention a 18 million dollar purse for 1st place race for fedex cup champion !!! I’ll be going every year!!!!
Seemed oversold for the area!!! Very crowded and extremely hot!!! Not enough fans!!!! Not enough chairs and seating!!!! Will not spend for this again!
The volunteers were wonderful….so Olea day and helpful. As for hospitality, there’s no excuse for the $200/ticket Michelin Ultra tent to be out of a significant number mixers on Saturday before noon. That is inexcusable. Add that to the fact that the “elevated food options” amounted to expensive grilled cheese and a pastrami sandwich, and I’d say we have an epic fail from this venue. Overall, prices were so high as to be simply outrageous. I might have been able to overlook it had they had the oh-so-touted Yeti cups available. But no, those were all gone before Saturday morning. Whoever was in charge of inventory management should be fired for incompetence. Would I go again? Nope.
First time to experience a pro golf game and it did not disappoint… we got really close and now when I see these people on TV , I feel like I know them!!!
The weekend at beautiful East Lake was grand. Prices could have been a bit more affordable for food and beverages since we spent at the Fan Shop! The venue had cold drinks throughout and we have been at other events where all drinks became warm served. The only issue was the departure to the World Congress Center parking - the tour didn't take into consideration the bus route for the Saturday & Sunday evening departures - Falcons played Saturday and Atlanta United played Sunday which held the busses up when they should have been lined up on the street 20 deep waiting to disperse the guests. That part of the planning was a big disappointment. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!
Easy entrance process. Parking was not the greatest. Experience was Amazing! Bummer then it chit suspended due to weather on Saturday. Their was no information on whether you could finish Saturdays round on Sunday or not
