The Queens from Queens! Tony & The Kiki is a New York City born and bred powerhouse band that exploded onto the scene like a supernova of sequins, sass, and sorcery. They blend gritty NYC glamour, disco decadence, and high-voltage anthems into an irresistible force of fabulosity. Their soul-shaking live shows, as well as their unapologetic songwriting, have earned them notable acclaim, captivating audiences from the underground to the world stage.
Tony & The Kiki has attracted the attention of icons across generations. Lady Gaga has reposted the band three times, with further shoutouts from Cyndi Lauper, Celine Dion, Tiffany, Taylor Dayne, and Juliette Lewis, who raved: "This pitch-perfect voice is giving me LIFE." Media outlets like Earmilk and Clash have taken notice, while a remix from Grammy-winning producer Dave Aude showcases the band's striking diversity and crossover appeal. With over 250,000 followers across platforms (and counting) their music has been featured globally, gaining syncs on major networks like ESPN as well as the Australian TV series 'Colin From Accounts'.
Founded by Tony (Anthony Alfaro, vocals) and The Kiki (Rodney Bush, keys) in 2021 after over a decade of friendship and music making, they weave their magic by drawing on legends like Blondie, Queen, and Scissor Sisters, filtering it all through their unique synergy and creating a world that calls to the enchantments of yesteryear as well as being very much so in 2025... and beyond. Fronting the band, Tony not only defies gender but also shatters the boundaries of genre and logic itself with their vocal pyrotechnics and spellbinding presence. A vocalist like no other! Tony is also featured in residence as a guest vocalist with Brian Newman (Lady Gaga's longtime band leader) and his all star band for the iconic AFTER DARK series at infamous NYC club, The Box, solidifying their reputation as a magnetic, genre-defying performer.
Tony & The Kiki are often referred to as the "Yassifacation of Rock'n'Roll" and "NYC's most arena-ready band."
Signing to Tomboi Records in 2024, the band has now blasted their signature unbridled electricity with newly released EP 'Fornication Under Consent Of Queens (Volume 1)'.
So, now the only question left is...
DO U DARE 2 KIKI?

Superb dynamic otherworldly Tony leads the extraordinary band in a show that will leave you life affirmed and danced to the brink of the universe! Tony’s voice is a multidimensional trip of dynamic range and color, expressing deep often humorous lyrics in the delicious funk soul smorgasbord of songs! Tony is a beautiful creature to view ,legs to the neck ,in platform boots, sparkle angel dreamy mustached face , completed by a magical mane of chocolate hair that flies about, we live and we dance with Tony forever to eternity, amen!
What an evening of truly authentic generous entertainment by Anthony and his band! Delightful surprises at every turn. Old school on fire showpersonship! I left feeling more glad to be alive in this difficult world! Anthony’s voice is unlimited in range and colors, his song writing /lyrics are soul shaking deep, and hilarious at times. And YOU MUST DANCE for your life to them. His encore song was shattering and beautiful! My only regret is that sound didn’t always have his vocals hot enough.
From the moment they played the first note until the last, it was onslaught of amazing vocals, well written songs, and musicianship!!
LOVED this concert in Mercury Lounge. If I could, I would go every week. This band obviously loves to play music and entertain crowd and they are really good at it. Amazing vibes, I would love to see them again live.
This band gave us everything. Soaring vocals. Virtuosic musicians. All with deep roots in rock and soul. And bursting with flash. This is not the kind of band that hangs their head and plays their music. This is a production. This is a performance. We saw them in a tiny dark venue, but they’d be 100% suited for MSG, Wembly Stadium, the palaces of rock. Tony leads the Kiki with high energy that lasts all night, and it truly feels like they could keep going into tomorrow.
