My boyfriend and I enjoyed the event. This was such an amazing experience for us to see. We hope they come back again.
The show was fantastic! Need more shows like this one. Pace of the show was really good. Great entertainment.
The orchestra was amazing! Excellent sound and they played many great hits from that era. That being said, we were a little disappointed in the singer. We felt his voice was more show tunes, not similar to Frankie at all. If you are to be a tribute to Frankie, he could have at least dressed a bit more like him, with a fedora and a suit from that era. There were more audience members dressed like Frankie than the singer. I think the band was on point and we most definitely enjoyed the instrumentals.
The musicians were outstanding and the pace of the show was perfect. If you like big band music, you won't want to miss this show.
The Orchestra was great; the vocalist, not so much
The performance was most enjoyable. A nice piece of history along with shared information about the band’s timeline. The addition of a vocalist was an added bonus. Thank You All
Great to hear a big band playing famous old songs. The leader on trombone was excellent, and I thought sang better than the Frank Sinatra impersonator. The venue was perfect for the event.
It was a great event which took me back to some of my fondest memories of my mom and dad. Everyone who is a child or grandchild of the "greatest generation"should hear this orchestra. The musicians are top rate; spot on with great vocals as well. I left with a full heart; I loved this show. It was also so nice to talk to Jeff (the band leader) and Christian (the vocalist?) after the show. If they are in your neighborhood, give them a listen.
My husband and I took our 82 year old parents to lunch and the concert. First of all, lunch was so delicious and the server was exceptional. The Orchestra was perfection, playing songs that brought up many memories for our parents but especially for my father who used to be a professional jazz drummer himself. The Drury Lane is a beautiful venue making the entire experience special for all of us. We'll definitely be going again.
