    Customer Service

by Patrick on 9/28/21Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

Found out I wouldn’t be able to attend well in advance. Emailed customer support. Took forever to get an automated response. Was never provided any resolution and in the app there was never an option to sell the tickets. I have never had a problem before but it was disappointing that I still haven’t received a real response to my requests for assistance in selling the tickets. Over $100 down the drain. Still getting emails every day for upcoming events though. Oh well.

    Ticketmaster behind the times

by CG on 9/28/21Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

I wanted to sell my tickets and Ticketmaster has no way to rebuy or offer tickets for sale without the venue support. I do not understand this since there are numerous sites that do offer ticket resales WITHOUT the venue being involved. I recommend you get with the modern age by providing better customer support.

by Rockdylan on 9/27/21Ryman Auditorium - Nashville

Great experience getting in for the show (this was the first show I have been at where they were checking vax cards) Thanks again for the safety check! Todd rarely disappoints and this was above and beyond expectations!

    Great show!!!

by Hagerbump on 9/21/21Jefferson Theater - Charlottesville

This was our first Todd Snider show, but definitely not our last! Todd was great!!! Also, enjoyed Jon Latham as the opener, great to have a new artist to listen to also. Ticketmaster paperless tickets worked seamlessly. Loved The Jefferson Theater, can't wait to see another show there.

    Todd Snider, Excellent Performer

by klckathy on 9/8/21The Charleston Music Hall - Charleston

We saw the Todd Snider show during the covid pandemic. Charleston Music Hall took covid precautions seriously which was greatly appreciated. We were maybe two of 300 hundred people at the show. It felt like we had our own private, personal concert and story hour with Todd Snider. Todd Snider is a great story teller, musician and his shows always leave us with a smile on our face. We will definitely see him again and again.

    Just what we needed!

by Kathy on 9/3/21Birchmere - Alexandria

Todd Snider’s telling stories are only bested by his musical stories. He just makes me feel good, makes me laugh, I mean genuinely laugh! He makes me think and lifts me up. He got us through Covid times on Sundays and it was good to be with him again. Aaron Lee Tjesnik(am I saying that right?lol) was entertaining and very talented. Next generation troubadour and definitely a guy to watch! Great show, just what we needed, thanks!!

    Live music is back!

by Clare on 9/2/21Gramercy Theatre - New York

I'd never seen Todd Snider live but always wanted to. This was the first concert I'd been to since Covid, and it was great to see a live show with a room full of other fans. He's such a great performer and storyteller, and I was happy that he performed solo. Aaron Lee Tasjan, the opening act, was also great - I bought some of his music the next day. Gramercy Ballroom is a nice venue, though there wasn't much legroom in our row - my husband and I are both tall and weren't as comfortable as we would have liked, but now that I've seen the layout of the place I'll know which seats to buy next time.

    Fer real

by Scott on 9/2/21Gramercy Theatre - New York

Great playing, songs, lyrics, stories. Todd’s a master at expressing angst for all ages and exposing our ill-logic and prejudice

    Classic Todd

by PaulH on 9/2/21Gramercy Theatre - New York

I have been a fan for years. This was the first time that I got to see him live in NYC. Great show in a small venue.

    Snider clothes your soul

by Jay K on 9/2/21Gramercy Theatre - New York

Todd Snider is the greatest storyteller, and one of folk’s best songwriters. His opener, Aaron Lee Tasjan, was fantastic, as well.

Todd was awesome / venue seating not so much

by Spidermonkey on 10/22/19Neptune Theatre - Seattle

Todd was in great form and sounded awesome. Witty and charismatic as always and played a lot of classics. However the new seating added (where there used to be standing room) behind the floor seats, were terrible. Packed in too close together and too close to the seats next to you and in front/behind each row. Nearly impossible to get in and out. Hopefully this is not the new norm. Bad decision by The Neptune

    Jack and Todd

by F Margo on 10/19/19Neptune Theatre - Seattle

As Friends of Jack, we came prepared to love the show. Sowaking with Hack before and after, it seems the venue treats the artists well! That contributes to a great show. Todd's tour gave Jack a lovely small Gibson to play, that was sonically excellent. Jack was in very good form, and well received by fans of Todd, whose vocal appreciation was evident in both shows. Todd is an ethical, humorous, topicalcrowd pleaser, who was on home territory. Loved the show and venue.

    Great show! Great Venue

by JoeyGarcia on 7/28/19Port City Music Hall - Portland

The Port City Music Hall is an intimate little space with terrific acoustics. Perfect place to see someone like Todd Snider who plays up to the audience. This was a fully seated show so we sat on folding chairs which could get uncomfortable after a long period of time. But, the sight lines were good pretty much anywhere one sat. General Admission shows mean you should arrive at least 30 minutes before the show if you want decent seats and seats together. The bar service was great and beers weren’t too outrageous ($8). I’d highly recommend seeing a show here.
