by Patrick on 9/28/21Ryman Auditorium - NashvilleFound out I wouldn’t be able to attend well in advance. Emailed customer support. Took forever to get an automated response. Was never provided any resolution and in the app there was never an option to sell the tickets. I have never had a problem before but it was disappointing that I still haven’t received a real response to my requests for assistance in selling the tickets. Over $100 down the drain. Still getting emails every day for upcoming events though. Oh well.
