About

From his first No. 1 smash "Should've Been A Cowboy" to his new album 35 mph Town, Toby Keith has been one of the most consistent self-directed hit makers of his era. From one of his previous collections, Clancy's Tavern, the lead single, "Made In America," topped the charts as one of the fastest rising songs in a long line of chart burners from Keith's pen. The second hit, "Red Solo Cup," has become the most remarkable and commercially successful country single in recent memory with a viral video with more than 30 million views while having topped the top downloaded country songs charts. The first single from 35 mph Town, "Drunk Americans," debuted at No. 1 Most Added on both the Billboard and Country Aircheck/Mediabase charts.

At the core of Toby's unparalleled success is his songwriting, which has powered an astounding succession of hit songs to the tune of more than 87 million BMI performances on commercial radio stations worldwide. In June 2015, Toby was inducted in to the Songwriters Hall Of Fame in New York City, and he has been honored by the Nashville Songwriters Association International with its Songwriter/Artist of the Decade distinction, is a three-time BMI Country Songwriter/Artist of the Year and was named the American Country Awards' Artist of the Decade. His albums have sold more than 40 million copies, ranking him among the top-selling all-genre artists on Billboard's Top 200 Artists of the Decade. Keith is also Billboard's No. 1 Country Artist of the Decade and No. 1 Country Songwriter of the Decade. His tours have drawn more than one million fans each year for the last decade. This year's tour, Interstates & Tailgates presented by Ford F-Series, kicks off in May with dates scheduled throughout North America. But Toby's most rewarding experiences, as exhibited in his continual devotion to them, come from giving back. Whether it's helping sick children and their families in his native Oklahoma through the Toby Keith Foundation and their cost-free home, OK Kids Korral, or supporting US Troops including 11 USO Tours throughout the world, Keith has never lost touch with the most important things in life.

    Toby Keith - Top Dog

by Beautiful Loser on 12/20/23Dolby Live - Las Vegas

Despite battling stomach cancer, award winning singer, songwriter, entertainer, and entrepreneur Toby Keith launched a three-show run at Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas starting on December 10. All three shows sold out in minutes to became one of the fastest selling tickets in the venue's history and we were lucky to snatch up two tickets for the December 11 performance. Toby performed a two hour set of non-stop entertainment. One of the crowd's favorite moments came when he sat on a stool, center stage and performed six songs that he said "should've been singles."Our favorite of this segment was “I Won’t Let You Down”, a beautiful and timeless ballad. I shed a tear or two over this one. The concert also featured some of his 32 No. 1s and 42 top 10 hits that have helped propelled him to have more than 100 million BMI performances and more than 10 billion streams overall. The Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee has built his success largely on the strength of his own songwriting. His recently released album 100% Songwriter highlights 13 of many of his most iconic solo-written songs, putting him in company with other performing songwriters including Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton. And his latest hit single, "Don't Let The Old Man In,"is yet another example of his talent. Written by Toby Keith in 2018, the song was inspired by a conversation with Clint Eastwood and was later featured in Eastwood's movie, "The Mule."It took the spotlight again at this September's People's Choice Country Awards, where Toby performed the song after being honored as the PCCA's Country Icon. "His powerful performance of a lyric facing mortality was an emotionally gripping moment that electrified us all,"(Robert K. Oermann, Music Row). This “Made in America” country icon is the top dog; courageous, tenacious, and spirited. No way is Toby letting his battle with stomach cancer bring him down. He has my respect, admiration, and support.

    Toby Keith

by Regina M on 12/17/23Dolby Live - Las Vegas

It was the best concert I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. This is including seeing Garth Brooks concerts. Wish Toby would do a residency in Las Vegas because I would go see him again and again. Toby was so emotional and pathetic in his show he brought me to tears.
