TINA - The Tina Turner Musical on Tour
Experience the exhilarating Broadway musical that takes you on Tina Turner's trailblazing journey. The New York Times raves, "It possesses a seismic power! I've rarely heard an audience with this mighty a roar." And The Guardian cheers, "It's a celebration of triumph over adversity!"
With raw emotion in her voice and fire in her belly, Tina went from the little girl in small-town Tennessee, to the legend that ignited the globe with hits like, "What's Love Got To Do With It," "Proud Mary," "Private Dancer" and "River Deep." She made her own rules--defying the world's notions of race, age and gender. And it took blood, sweat, tears and triumphs to reach the top. A sold-out, smash hit in London, this is Tina's story, her way--brought to the stage by the Tony Award-nominated director, Phyllida Lloyd, and the history-making, Olivier Award-winning playwright of The Mountaintop, Katori Hall.

All of the performers were great. Tina was exceptional! Loved all of the songs.
I bought a single ticket on whim as I was in Boston working. From the seat, which was incredible, to the production, which was spectacular, I could not imagine a better way to spend three hours. Already a Tina fan, I was not expecting to experience such a wide array of emotions - from laughter to tears. The music was soul shaking, the musicians were flawless, and the cast blew me away. I am now an official member of Zurin’s fan club. I left the theater on an endorphin high that lasted well into the next day. Highly recommend.
Loved the Tina Turner Musical. Would recommend. The person playing Tina was great. Actors/Singers/Dancers were very talented. But the story could have did a better job at her history as a mom or lack of being present.
While the singers were excellent, and I love her music, this was a very weak “musical”. Story was disjointed and unsurprising. Characters were flat.
Brought my mom to the show, it was fantastic. What a voice! This is a must see.
The actors were phenomenal. High energy performances. Touching and triumphant story.
This show was AMAZING! The lead who played Tina was incredible and spot on with voice, dance, and personality. We had to keep reminding ourselves that this is an actress and not the real Tina, especially during the finale. Beautifully done in all ways... actors, sets, music, etc. The little girl was incredible also!
Music, choreography, performers were all superb. Zurin Villanueva (Tina) was exceptional. The two encores after the finale had us on our feet. See this show!
The energy was unbelievable! The lead’s voice was spectacular! The energy was unbelievable!!!
I was excited about the show and the Boston dates lined up perfect! The Venue, staff and atmosphere was awesome! The music, stage and cast were outstanding!
The story is a sad one, so it's hard to find total enjoyment from this show. That said, the music was wonderful, band was fabulous and the 'concert' at the end of hte show was the best part.
Wow this play was amazing. I’d love to see it again!!!
Tina was without a doubt a must see play/musical. The singing out off the charts great. The play touched all all aspects of her life from childhood to present. Not to be missed!
Fantastic, Tina was a wonderful experiances... Great music, actors, energy... A delight???
Very slow in some places; tried to fit her songs in where they didn’t really tell the story
