    Fun and Funny

by Whiny McGee on 2/16/20Orpheum Theatre presented by Citizens Bank - Boston

While their humor is definitely not for everybody, Tim & Eric's combination of absurdist and scatological material is a winner, and they gave it their all to make their show a high-energy live experience, with a lot of audience participation. Additionally, there was a VIP offering where those ticket-buyers were able to attend an (approximately) one-hour Q & A with the pair, which was interesting when they dropped their "hostile" personas and audience members stopped trying to be funny, instead concentrating on their history and creative process, which is really engaging. Although the show did seem to peter out near the end (which may have also been due to a 90-minute wait between the Q & A and start of the actual show) it was a lot of fun with a lively audience who felt like they were part of the show (and some were)!

Thank you Tim and Eric, I scream into the bottom of my seat.

by JackCincoBoy on 2/14/20Kings Theatre - Brooklyn

The best, and only, comedy show I’ve attended. But what did I expect from T&E? Something bad? Nope. I got the most immersive stage show I could have hoped for out of these guys. Thanks. Thanks. Thanks. Great job.

    Worth every penny

by Taylor on 2/14/20Kings Theatre - Brooklyn

I'm a huge Tim and Eric fan, but I was skeptical of how their humor would translate to a live show. They more than met my expectations and I had a great time. I brought along a friend who had never watched any of their stuff, and he enjoyed it as much as I did. Paul Rudd even made an appearance at the show which was wiiiild.

Just needed a little more shrimp. We went there thinking there would be a lot of it and I honestly didn't see any.

    Truly Nuts!

by Pammijohn on 2/13/20The Met Philadelphia - Philadelphia

This was the third time I saw these guys live. They are as bizarre and twisted as ever and so much silly fun. I think my favorite part of the show was when Josh Reynolds made the doctor laugh. Priceless!

I'm so happy I finally got to meet these guys in person. I've been a fan of theirs since they started on Adult Swim, and seeing them live just made my life. I can now die happy. I won't give away any of the bits, but lets just say fans of T&E will not be disappointed. Pound it.

Tim and Eric live was unforgettable!

by Diglet on 10/7/14Carnegie Music Hall of Oakland - Pittsburgh

Nothing could ever be funnier than seeing Tim and Eric love with dr Steve brule. The venue was perfect and my seats were perfect. The only thing I'd request is a better seating chart so that you can see exactly which seats are taken.

Cut the crap: For Your Health

by swf918 on 10/7/14Carnegie Music Hall of Oakland - Pittsburgh

The show started with a mumbling and indecipherable sad sack by the name of Doug. Doug played a barf soundtrack interspersed with some other delights to which the very high audience members responded with extreme laughter while the rest of us stared on dumbfoundedly. When you could understand what he was saying it just wasn't funny. Embarrassingly, uncomfortably, unfunny. Next Tim and Eric took the stage. They played this "fun" trick where they pretended the show was over after just a few minutes of them standing around stupidly on the stage. This wasn't a total bust, but after Doug, anything looked good by comparison. The Tim and Eric segment proceeded with clips from their upcoming television series "Bedtime Stories" which wasn't bad. In general their material was ok - some parts were better than others. Since the length of the show was almost three hours, the crappier parts seemed well suited to being cut out. When Dr. Steve Brule took the stage the audience was finally engaged - people gave him a standing ovation before he even started - likely because The Dr. is what they came for, and likely because they were glad the other crap was finally over. His set was funny. It made up handedly for the other trouncing about and, if you are going to this show to see him, still go! - just be aware it'll take some time to get to the good stuff. The ending saw the return of Tim and Eric as their companion to Steve Brule's Character: Jan and Wayne Skylar. Easily these were their best characters, however the writing and pacing of the last bit seemed off, with a rushed underdeveloped ending (replete with Broadway style revelation to draw the curtains) that wasn't congruent with the bloated length of the rest of the show. Ultimately if you are a fan of Steve Brule it is a must go. It just seems like a more careful production and a large amount of editing would have done wonders for the experience as a whole, 3/5 stars, would still recommend.

well we really only went to see Dr. Steve Brule and I must say he was great and did not disappoint. The show is worth going to just see him. Tim and Eric to me were a bit of a disappointment. I know that they are extremely talented but in the end every skit just ended with bad sex references. I know they were mainly playing towards the younger college age crowd but really the crowd was mostly older and not all college kids as the skits were geared to in my opinion. Most of the audience was into them but I personally just felt like they went for the cheap laughs when they have so much more to give. But like I said, we went for Dr. Steve Brule and he made the show worth it. I would love to see a show that's just all Dr. Steve Brule. 5 Stars all the way for Dr. Steve Brule!!!!!!

    Hilarious!

by ErinBaccari on 10/6/14Carnegie Music Hall of Oakland - Pittsburgh

I wasn't sure what to expect for a live Tim & Eric show since I've only ever watched them on TV. It was awesome and extremely funny! It was definitely worth the drive from Buffalo to Pittsburgh to see. I would recommend it to anyone and would see them again in a heartbeat. John C. Reilly (as Dr. Steve Brule) was so good and brought audience members onstage which is also amazing.
