Two of the three trucks broke down during the show, and Weren't able to finishmthe show. Saw one Of the quad racers have a bad accident, took A header into the cement. Another one was Almost ran down by quad taking victory lap. Safety was poor at best.
Description for the event stated "All kids will get a ride in a real monster truck". Great, son was excited. But you had to pay $10 to ride around the floor 2 times...lame. The trucks just ran over some smashed cars for about 5 minutes. I realize space is limited.
Broome County Arena is small for that show still had a good time
My family and I absolutely loved this!! There was action at all times!
We were disappointed. The Broome County Arena is too small of a venue to hold Monster truck show. The trucks tried really hard to be entertaining but due to lack of space it was boring. The dirt bike show was fun. I wouldn't go again. I don't think I would recommend to friends. I will wait and go to the Carrier Dome in Syracuse NY or The NYS Fairgrounds and watch Monster Jam
The Lake Charles Civic Center is too small for an event like that. It needs to be in a bigger coliseum or outdoors. The drivers put on a great show though. They were just limited on what they could do. It's worth the drive to Beaumont to watch a much better show.
Ive been to a monster truck show before and i wasnt impressed with this one. Maybe it could be because i went to the one in my hometown of Dallas and the lake charles Civic Center is not big enough to do anything, i personally was disappointed however my son had fun so thats all that matters.
I feel that it should be called something other than "spectacular". The show includes 2 dirtbike riders that pretty much do 3 or 4 stunts about 2 times each, 2 more riders that ride in a "cage of death" and 4 monster trucks. The only truck we knew was Bigfoot... And one of the four trucks broke down on the first run. My 5 year old son thought it was cool. It is the last "Monster Truck Spectacular" that I waste my money on.
I thought it was slow, the action just was not there, and If I would have known that the derby was in the evening I would have went to that one instead.
This the second time I went to see this series and for the second time it was awful!! What a lame-ass show!!! The trucks were lame, the fill-in crap was bogus and the Metal Mullisha never showed up! I wish I had a carton of eggs because everyone including the bone-headed announcer would have gotten pelted! I have a much better time feeding my animals on facebook's Zooworld!! I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS SERIES AGAIN!! IF THEY PAID ME NEXT TIME I WOULDN"T GO!!!!!!!
Very disappointed there was no Metal Mulisha when the advertisement on TV showed that they were going to be there.
I feel like there is not enough room in the Rec center for this event. I found it really boring and before we left early there were many others that left before we did. We went to the 2pm performance.
I was very unhappy with it about half way into it both my 8 and 11 year old asked to leave the add on the tv showed the meatal malisha moto cross team being there and they were not! I will never go to another event like that!!!
Out of the 4 trucks only 2 trucks ran and saw the tow tractor more than the show
There was alot of waiting, 2 out of the 4 monster trucks were not even working right. The best part of the show was the free style part, at least the monster trucks ran for more than just 2 minutes. My 5 year old wanted to leave halfway through the show, and he really enjoys watching them on TV so I really thought he would enjoy this. I am really disappointed by the amount of money I spent on these tickets, I really thought I was going to see a good show.
The monster trucks were great, I was expecting them to put on a bigger show. The 4-wheelers and go-carts got pretty boring after the first time they raced. Overall, it was a good time.
Two out of four on the trucks weren't ready. Would of been better on a dirt floor.
This event was very boring, I wish i would have known about the night show and the derby, i feel i wasted my money on the day show, and wouldn't go to it again.
