thrash and burn IS the best description

by Mustache59 on 11/25/11State Theatre - St Petersburg

all in all it was a great show. i went especially to see as blood runs black and pleasantly surprised as they quite literally BLEW MY HEAD OFF.Them boys from L.A. wre good. Also very good were Upon A Burning Body and the headliners Winds Of Plague. Most of the kids left after Chelsea Grins set and missed one of the best parts of the show.

    Peabody's Cleveland Thrash and Burn

by FuguFish on 8/14/10Peabody's Downunder - Cleveland

120 degrees in the venue, no air conditioning, reasonably priced food and drinks. I'd do it again in a heart-beat! The bands were awesome and they even allowed some local talent which was pretty cool! Asking Alexandria rules!

Plenty of AC/DC but not enough A.C.!

by BABMAbadma on 8/14/10Peabody's Downunder - Cleveland

This show was well put together, some good bands, a few great bands. Great camaraderie. If this is your kind of music, this tour would be your heaven. My main issue was that it was too, too, too hot in the club...the fans were dying in the heat. I mean, this is not soft rock music. Everyone wanted to dance or headband or whatever, but really, for this kind of show, there's gotta be more cool, fresh air, PLUS, a better way for the bands to get their equipment in and out of the club without pushing through the crowd. Security was good, bartenders were great.
