The xx Tickets

The XX was amazing from start to finish, they really put on a show!

When I heard that the xx was coming to Sacramento, I knew I couldn't miss this rare opportunity. It was their first time in town and man, did they deliver! It was everything I hoped for and then some. They were so incredible and Jamie dropped some great beats when they mixed it up towards the end of the show. I loved every second of it and can't wait to see them again!!

I was so bummed that I couldn't make any of the SF shows earlier this year so I was stoked when I heard The XX was coming to Sac. Tycho was a phenomenal opening act and The XX was just unforgettable. One of the best acts I've ever seen live and I've been to numerous concerts! Such a talented band and the vocals were incredible! I have never written a review for a show before but The XX was stellar. I definitely am going to make a point to go to any other nearby shows for future tours!

Oh, my, goodness. Watching The xx perform was like watching magic happen! I felt like the chemistry between Romy and Oliver is crazy! It seems like they have such an intimacy and even though they stage-flirt it came off endearing rather than sexually. And holy shoot, Jamie xx is also a blast to watch as he runs around and plays/ does all of the things. Overall, I have had a great experience watching them perform both times I've seen them. It's like they are actually having fun and all of the good vibes they give off set the mood for the audience. Then pretty much everyone in the audience feeds into those good vibes and just creates a great experience for the entire auditorium. I will see them again!

This was my second time seeing the xx, the first being at blue hills bank pavilion. It was nothing short of incredible. I saw them at thompsons point this time, and it was such an amazing and intimate show. I was right up front and definitely shed a few tears throughout. So much emotion and passion put into this music. I love how they mix things up live -- makes it a great dance party as well as something more laid back. An awesome balance of both. Loved the venue so much too.

Maybe it's the fact that I was in the front against the gate for the whole show or what, but The XX sound better live than they do on the albums they put out. Such a humble trio and an unbelievable talent.

The concert was slow and boring. They took 1hr to set up in between sets. It seemed like they slowed their songs down more than what it's like on the album.

This was my 5th XX show. We drove up from MA. Always great to see them

Great concert! So glad we made the 2-hour trip to see them.

Without question, this was one of the top 3 concerts I've ever attended in my 30 years of living. I'd previously seen them in 2012 in Orlando, and they blew me away with tonight's performance. I regret not getting tickets for both shows in Toronto.

The opening band was pretty good, but The xx is what I really came for, and they were excellent! I am honestly not a huge fan of the new direction they are taking - I prefer their older style, but they played all of the songs I hoped and expected to hear.

I was really excited to finally get to see The XX live and they did not disappoint! Romy's voice was just as beautiful live as it is on their records. I enjoyed the entire show, I'm used to Rock concerts were drunk people push and shove to the front, this crowd was very chill and respectful. (They didn't come on until the sun set)

The weather was great, the place was beautiful as always, and the band was awesome !!

Fantastic performances by Sampha (opener) and the XX. The lighting for the XX performance was also top notch.

This band is a must see. So much talent. They are amazing, can't wait to see them again soon.

To anyone worried about how the xx's sound translates to a live event, don't worry about it, they sound great live. I thoroughly enjoyed Jamie XX's drumming. The only thing I would change about the performance is substituting a Replica with Violent Noise and Performance with Seesaw. It would have been cool to see Stranger in the Room as well.

If you want to witness a group that's true to their sound, The XX is a must!
