About

After 21 years of entertaining children around the globe, The Wiggles will introduce three new cast members including the first-ever female member, Emma Watkins as the Yellow Wiggle.  Founding member Anthony Field, known as the Blue Wiggle, rounds out this vibrant group with Simon Pryce (Red Wiggle) and Lachlan Gillespie (Purple Wiggle).

Always educational and entertaining, The Wiggles will be joined onstage by Dorothy the Dinosaur, Captain Feathersword, Wags the Dog and Henry the Octopus for an extra wiggly good time. This marks the first time that North American audiences will get to meet the new line-up and hear new music, as well as sing along to their favorite hits which are all incorporated into their live show. Taking Off! features 21 new feet-stomping songs including the catchy soon-to-be favorite, “Do The Propeller!” as well as "Beep! Beep! Buckle Up!” "Emma (with the Bow in Her Hair)" and classics such as “Rock-A-Bye Your Bear” and “Get Ready to Wiggle.”

  • Wiggles

by Calgarygram on 10/20/14Stampede Corral - CalgaryRating: 3 out of 5

We took our grandchildren to the event and they enjoyed it for the most part but the show lasted 1 1/4 hours which was too long for young kids (ages 2 1/2 - 4) and many of the songs were not as entertaining for them as it felt like the Wiggles were trying to also entertain the adults and so there was a fairly long part that was really boring to them and to make it worse, was nearing the end of the show so didn't hold their interest. Our 6 1/2 year old seemed to be a bit old for it. As for the tickets at 30.00 each for both kids and adults which seemed pretty high, the stage set up from the Wiggles was really pathetic. The songs they sing on TV and are well known were hits.

  • The Wiggles didn't fail to impress

by WigglesFanParent on 10/20/14Stampede Corral - CalgaryRating: 4 out of 5

As they did the previous two concerts, The Wiggles put on an action-packed show tailored for their tyke-sized audience, while keeping it fun for the parents. Having seen them at more intimate venues (Verizon Wireless Theatre in Houston, and Calgary's Jubilee Auditorium), it was clear the Corral wasn't the right size for their show and the normal interaction they have with their young audiences. Venue aside, their performance was great and the kids are still talking about it.

  • Great show!

Took my 3 year old to the show and we both really enjoyed it. She danced the entire time and it was truly very entertaining, even for adults.

  • Last year was better

by Sjpvans on 10/17/14Edmonton EXPO Centre - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

Compared to last year, this years production was lacking. The lighting, sound, and stage set up left you needing more. It would blame it on the venue, however we've been there for other productions such as Seseame Street and they were fantastic. I think this show would've have been better in a more intimate setting or at the same venue it was in last year.

Was a great show for both my boys, 12 years and 1 1/2 year old. Loved how the Wiggles came into the crowd, the kids were so excited!

  • Fun time but not impressed...

by BrutallyHonestMama on 10/15/14Stephens Auditorium - AmesRating: 2 out of 5

These guys are incredibly nice and make some good music. We've been to many shows over the years and it seemed there was no set, no instruments (no drum set or keyboard) no dancers, no handstands or antics at all as there has always been in the past. Also since the change of three band members, the music has mostly been remakes of much better originals. Also, I love the addition of a female Wiggle, but sadly all she is known for is wearing bows while the others are recognized for talents and real interests. Seems like The Wiggles went from a Beatles-esque rock band for kids to some basic group of guys dancing with a ditsy, frilly bow-wearing girl. I know she is an intelligent woman in real life who loves photography, so why can't they incorporate this as well just as they do for the others? In short, my kid had a fun time, but this show's entertainment and educational value was not worth what we paid. This is the first time I can say that about these guys and it's pretty sad to see they've lost site of what's really important.

  • Worth the money

Excellent! I have a 3 year old and a 4 year old who have watched the Wiggles on tv. The concert was excellent! Fast paced enough to keep their attention. They interact with the kids and allow them to dance along. They had a blast!

  • Well Worth It!

by Hobowine on 10/15/14Stephens Auditorium - AmesRating: 5 out of 5

An absolutely delightful show with extremely talented entertainers. It's running time of an hour and a half was perfect for the young audience. The only thing I was disappointed about was not being informed of the rose and bone tradition. So if you go, be sure to bring a rose for Dorothy and a bone, with your child's name on it, for Wags. Your kids will love it!

Iordered my tickets early June for the Oct 9 show was hoping for awesome seats as close as possible. I wish ticket master would of shown the VIP tickets when I went online. took my 18 month old son and we had a good time, it was great seeing him and other kids there dancing and interacting with the Wiggles. The show was 1 hour 30 min for the money I was thinking the show would be at least 2 hours All around we had a good time and the workers at the Hamilton Place were all very helpful

  • Wiggles will always be my daughter's favorite band

by MusicCritique on 10/10/14NYCB Theatre at Westbury - WestburyRating: 5 out of 5

This being Frances' first music concert with her favorite band, the Wiggles. After countless number of DVDs, CDs, and the tv shows, she was pretty excited and nervous about meeting her musical idols especially Emma. Got her souvenirs and priceless moments thru out the concert. Definitely will go again when they tour again.

The Wiggles put on an AWESOME show! Our 2 year old was in awe and couldn't stop smiling, dancing, and jumping. He was so excited to meet Emma when she came out into audience and tried to greet other Wiggles as they walked by. Lots of adult humor as well that was over kids heads!

  • the wiggles!!

by kayleesmama on 10/9/14NYCB Theatre at Westbury - WestburyRating: 5 out of 5

What a great show! The Wiggles sang and danced for an hour and a half straight with no intermission! My daughter who is 2 and a half sang and danced the whole time.

  • Wonderful!!

Great show!!! Wonderful staff that was helpful and kind. The best experience I've had by far anyone with toddlers/ preschoolers should definitely try to get to this show!

  • The Wiggles rock!!!

by Marchel on 10/8/14NYCB Theatre at Westbury - WestburyRating: 5 out of 5

I was delighted to see my daughter enjoying the whole show. Even though, the Wiggles have new members but they are more energetic, innovative and fun than before. The venue was great, you could see them from anywhere you were seated! We'll go again if they have a show next year.

  • Great Wiggles Concert

by SheRah327 on 10/8/14NYCB Theatre at Westbury - WestburyRating: 5 out of 5

Me, my husband, 2 1/2 yr old daughter, and 6 month old daughter attended the Wiggles concert at the westbury theater. I loved the show, as did the kids! Here's a tip: bring a rose or dog bone and the wiggles will come and get it from you for Wags or Dorothy the dinosaur. The VIP tickets were not worth the price though because there was no real VIP area for the kids to dance in up close to the stage. I'm glad we opted for the regular ones as they were no different. Overall, a great time!
