About

After 21 years of entertaining children around the globe, The Wiggles will introduce three new cast members including the first-ever female member, Emma Watkins as the Yellow Wiggle.  Founding member Anthony Field, known as the Blue Wiggle, rounds out this vibrant group with Simon Pryce (Red Wiggle) and Lachlan Gillespie (Purple Wiggle).

Always educational and entertaining, The Wiggles will be joined onstage by Dorothy the Dinosaur, Captain Feathersword, Wags the Dog and Henry the Octopus for an extra wiggly good time. This marks the first time that North American audiences will get to meet the new line-up and hear new music, as well as sing along to their favorite hits which are all incorporated into their live show. Taking Off! features 21 new feet-stomping songs including the catchy soon-to-be favorite, “Do The Propeller!” as well as "Beep! Beep! Buckle Up!” "Emma (with the Bow in Her Hair)" and classics such as “Rock-A-Bye Your Bear” and “Get Ready to Wiggle.”

The show was fantastic and the performers were great. It was a perfect show for my three year old grandson. It kept his interest and it was not too long. I would go see them again!!

  • Fun but short

by Desiharrison on 10/14/15Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

It was a fun concert but seemed short and my seats were a little far to the right to see the whole stage and get to watch everything that was going on.

  • The Wiggles is great for little ones!

by JJSwirl on 10/14/15Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

Our daughter loves the Wiggles so we were very excited to be able to take her to see them live. It was so much fun watching all the kids sing and dance to the Wiggles songs. I was very impressed with how they tried to make every kid feel special.

  • The Wiggles were incredible!!!

by Wigglesdiehardfans on 10/14/15Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

The Wiggles were absolutely amazing! They did all the old favorites along with awesome newer songs! We had been worried that the old favorites wouldn't appear! What we didn't expect was just how funny they were! They were funnier than many stand up comedians we saw! True entertainment for the whole family! Just make sure that if your child is squirmy - to get an isle seat so that they can dance to the music and get their wiggles out. Also, the Wiggles go up and down the isle so staying near the isle is a must! :) Their singing is stellar, their songs are amazing, costumes are bright, and their personalities are fun! Go to the Wiggles show! You won't regret it!

  • The Wiggles are great!

    by Teffers37 on 10/14/15Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

We recently took our 3-year old to see The Wiggles in Detroit - it was a blast! The Wiggles interact as much as possible with the children and even go out into the crowd to collect signs, roses (for Dorothy), and bones (for Wags). The Wiggles seem to truly love what they do and seem to really delight in the joy of children! My daughter's favorite, Lachy, performed most of show right in front of us and made eye contact and waved at her several times - she was so excited!! We were lucky enough to score seats in the front row so the interaction with all of The Wiggles was amazing, but I feel like they really made an effort to go out and interact with as many children as possible, even going all the way up into the balcony! I would definitely take her to another Wiggles show. They performed a great collection of songs and danced nearly the entire time (I am not sure how they sing and dance for over an hour like that). I think the show would be worth the money no matter what seats you have and would truly be an unforgettable experience!

  • A MUST see with your kids

by CanadianDana on 10/14/15Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

This is our second year in a row bringing our toddler to a Wiggles show, and she absolutely LOVED it. Parents will enjoy themselves as well! The Wiggles know we make up half of the audience, so they make it fun for us as too. If you would like to get more acquainted with The Wiggles before the next time they come to Detroit, catch them on Hulu, and I apologize in advance for getting the songs stuck in your head!

  • Your kids will love it...

    by HotMama1988 on 10/14/15Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

... and you'll love seeing them love it. The Wiggles performers are quite talented at what they do. The show had a lot of energy and everyone had a good time. Our tickets were quite a reasonable price and I was glad since the show itself only lasted an hour. They covered most of the hits by doing only a verse or two of each, and then had longer songs and skits throughout. It was actually a really great format and a good length for babies/toddlers.

My son loves watching the Wiggles on TV and listens to their music pretty much nonstop, so this concert was a huge event for him and he loved every minute of it. We were fortunate enough to have aisle seats in the pit, so he had ample room to dance his heart out. The full show lasted just about 75 minutes, which sounds short but seemed just about right--the toddler mosh pit was starting to run out of steam by that point. The Wiggles are great about interacting with the crowd--they really make an effort to get to all corners of the audience so every child can get an up close view of the group.

Really wonderful for my 5-year old, and not annoying for the adults!

The concert was fantastic my 15th time never gets old

  • Great Concert with Only One Issue

    by Grandpa1007 on 10/2/15Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

My grandson loved the concert and danced in the entire time. My only issue was that the tickets stated to early entry time rather than the actual concert time, so we had an extra hour to kill.

  • Awesome Family Fun

by VanFriscia on 10/2/15Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

The look on my 2-year-old little girl's face alone was worth the price of admission, and I must admit that my wife and I also couldn't stop smiling for the entire hour and 20 minute show. These multi-talented guys and gal put on one heck of a show that any kid would enjoy, even if they're not familiar with The Wiggles songs/TV show/DVDs. Of course, my little one is a huge fan so she was in heaven the entire time. She, and we as a family, had an amazing time.

  • Daughter's first Wiggles show

by Anonymous on 10/2/15Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Our daughter is 2 and has only been to one other live show. She's been a Wiggles fan for more than a year and she LOVES to sing and dance to all the songs. To our surprise, she didn't do any of that during the show. We think she was just so surprised that they were actually in front of her. The show was about an hour long without an intermission, and they do a great job in keeping the kids engaged throughout. The Warner seemed like the perfect venue, too. I love that the performers go to the audience to collect bones and roses for Wags and Dorothy (I'll have to remember to bring some for next time), and hopefully the next time we go, our daughter will be more engaged. During the car ride home, she would NOT stop talking about who she saw. Now every time we say we're going to Washington, she thinks The Wiggles will be there, too. Thank you for bringing joy to our daughter!

  • The Wiggles were amazing!

by Bdjqjfbxjs on 10/2/15Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

We took my two children, 2 and 4, and it was a great time. They were starstruck. The venue was a perfect size and the kids could see everything. The Wiggles coming into the audience to collect signs and flowers was great because they got to see everyone up close and interact with them. Was a little worried about the complaints that it was only an hour, but with my kids it ended up being perfect. Any longer and they would have started to get antsy.

  • Just like the show

My daughter loved it ! Would definitely recommend.

  • The Wiggles

by dwsmith on 10/1/15Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

This was a wonderful event. It started a bit late and it was a bit short but expected as we have seen this group before. My children can never get enough of The Wiggles.

  • The Wiggles are AWESOME!

    by Marylandduane1 on 10/1/15Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

This show was even better than the unforgettable show we saw in 2013! The Wiggles are world-class entertainers, who just happen to be entertaining young children. My 4-year-old was dancing in the isles, with a HUGE smile on her face. She was disappointed, only when she found out that the show must come to an end! The venue was also perfect for the event. A classic old theater that is a piece of American history.

  • Wiggles were terrific!

by Wtroubleyou on 9/30/15Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

We brought our almost 2 year old to this concert and it did not disappoint! A high energy show with all of our favorite songs and dances. The Wiggles came into the audience a few different times and really interacted with the audience.
