Truly exceptional singing talent from the US and the UK. Unfortunately vocal talent was second stage due to the sophomoric cheerleader-like requirements for this contest. Great for family and friends, but not "outsiders."
8 brilliant collegiate a capella groups blew me away! If you get chance to see this show next year, you will not be disappointed.
Had an excellent time with my daughter. Tickets were pricey, but hope to kmake this an annual event. Wonderful talent!
The performances were amazing! Such great talent! I would highly recommend this event. My boyfriend and I will likely go back next year. If you liked Pitch Perfect or you enjoy the Sing-Off you will love this!
Amazing talent! I know one or more of these kids we will be seeing a lot more of on Broadway.
These are amazingly talented kids-and they did a great job! Lots of fun to see them perform live!!!
All the teams were excellent, especially the Bow Ties and the UCLA team. Second time seeing the finals, and we will be back again. Energy, singing, movement - all well done. All participants seemed to be enjoying themselves, which made show even better. Only thing to improved on - professional group was, at best, weak, and much too long waiting for announcement of winner.
I came for one act this year, but found myself up on my feet, bobbing my head and clapping to the beats for all the acts and special guest artist performers. This competition was by far a show stopper, the best talent ever and I found all the groups to be WINNERS in their own right. I never saw so much talent on one stage, and it was refreshing! The judges got it right this year too in the individual picks for Outstanding Soloist, Outstanding Arrangement, Outstanding Vocal Percussion and Outstanding Choreography. Kudos to the respective A Cappella groups for getting these new artists featured for an all-around win-win!!!
This was the most amazing concert of any kind that I've ever been too. Every a cappella group was absolutely spectacular.
What a fabulous night of constant Entertainment.. the time flew by.. so much talent on one stage!
This singing event was one of the best competitions too see on stage. All the groups entertained us with their unique sounding voices and choreography. It was so exciting and fun to watch and see the different groups of colleges perform. So enjoyable not to be missed next year!! Congratulations to the Nor'easters of Northeastern who won the competition.
Without question the most entertaining show I have ever been to. Talent was amazing. Was worth the money. Does not translate from youtube. Live was great. Can not wait until next year!
It was great seeing Pitch Perfect vocals in person. The college and high school talent was displayed in a first-class manner. Performers need to balance background and featured singing mikes. Backgrounds tended to be dominative, should have been softer. Professionals (Duwende) were impressive, but too loud! It was amazing how they created so many instruments with their voices. Disagreed with judges top awards. Felt that Reverb should have won, and recognition for originality and in general should have been given to The Sons of Pitches from the UK.
