FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"When The Strokes came out, everything was just so perfect. Julian Casablancas is literally the best frontman ever. He went into the audience twice! Also, Fab, Nick, Nikolai, and Albert are so talented."
"It was really good. They sound just like they do on the albums, and often times songs sound even better. Even "You're So Right" sounded great. They weren't stiff or boring, they were far from it."
"This show was absolutely amazing! One of the best -- if not the best -- concerts I've ever seen. The Strokes were fantastic! "

Overall a great show, though a little shorter than I would have liked. Having Elvis Costello as an Aplril Fool's surprise was an amazing bonus.
best night of my life, the strokes totally rocked! will never forget this show!
This band is truely unique and they blew me away. Energy level was awesome. One of the best shows I've ever seen. Elvis Costello appearance was unbelievable.
The best 3 hours of my life. The Strokes are the greatest band in the world.
Surprise opening set and guest appearance during the Strokes' set by Elvis Costello was awesome - it really added to the already electrifying night.
To begin with, IT WAS SO AMAZINGLY GOOD! After 7 years of listening to their music and growing up with them...I finally got to see them! My stomach felt like I were on a roller coaster from being so excited and I had a smile on throughout the entire concert. I am at a loss for words right now, there is a lot I want to say but it all just wants to come out at the same time. I would have loved to be on the floor, I tried to get the best tickets possible but I was in class at the time. I had such a great time and I have the worst/best case of post concert depression :') They are so amazing live! Everything was perfect and beautiful. LONG LIVE THE STROKES :D
fantastic show!!! great sound, just like their recorded albums if not better. loved the disco ball!
It is what it is! The guys were true to their personalities, fun.
an amazingly energetic show from the strokes. great surprise to see elvis costello on stage singing with julian! overall - bloody fantastic!
This was the most incredible concert I have ever been to. Worth every penny. There aren't enough words to describe it: I was elated, danced, I cried and sang myself hoarse. Overall, the best night of my young life.
it was an amazing concert and seeing Elvis Costello on stage surprised me! 'cant wait to see them perform more often =)
Great show, and Elvis Costello made a cameo appearance.
The row of seats we were in, in the 200 section next to the stage was bouncing. The Strokes played most of the material from their first album with a few from later records. It was great. I was happy to see them finally achieve this level of success. Selling out MSG is something any band aspires to do.
The Strokes were one of the greatest concerts I've been to. I've been a longtime fan and have always wanted to see them concert, so it was a dream to be able to do so. I had seats kinda far from the stage, but they still were mind-blowing. Seriously, any seat would have been great! If you're a Strokes fan and have the chance to see them live, you won't forget it!!!
The best show I have ever seen! Amazing show from the Strokes and Elvis Costello! The supporting acts needed a smaller more intimate venue.
Good times!!! Everything was fine. Seats were ok music was amazing.
The strokes concert was a bit of a disappointment. The audio quality in the upper sections wasn't very good, though the strokes themselves did put on a good show.
There are really no words that can describe how amazing the show was. I loved The Strokes before I went to their concert, but after seeing them live I loved them SO much more. Such a good show, one of the first I hope to go to.
Pros: Great stage show, passionate singing and stage presence, prompt start Cons: Levels were off, Too loud, opening acts forgetable, Elvis Costello isnt relavent to an audience of 16 year old hipsters, No real encore
The Strokes are one of the best bands around. They are consummate professionals and strive for excellence in their music making and live performances. They are the real deal! It was my 2nd strokes show and would see them 100 more times if the opportunity presented itself. It was amazing to see them play to a sold-out crowd at the most famous arena in the world. The energy was palpable to say the least.
