If you take a taxi, you are dropped off at the Venetian (intentional, there is signage from the drop-off point all the way to The Sphere) with is a good mile walk. Once you arrive, there is another long que (about another hour) with no beverage service or restrooms. It becomes very hot (even in February). Once inside, for our show Postcards from Earth, the escalators were blocked off for the first 45 minutes to require you to interact with the robotics exhibits. Bathrooms stay lined up, they are insufficient in number and there are no chairs on the bottom floor. So, by the time you can locate your paid-for seat, you will have been standing a good three hours (on cement). The movie venue was very good in quality (- though there are some similar venues if you just want a movie, with sound, scents and movement with large screen.) This movie would have been good had it not been for the Darwinism, the in-your-face denial of God, and the injection of a strongly climate change, political theme that could have easily been avoided. The Sphere is much cooler from the outside - save your money and look out at it from your hotel room which is very entertaining indeed.
