    The future of entertainment!

by Ippo on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

Had an amazing experience at the Sphere. The interaction with AI was an enjoyable preamble to Darren Aronofsky's "Postcard from Earth", which was visually stunning albeit lacking in conventional film storytelling. I'd describe it as a 180-degree exploration of humanity expressed in powerful imagery, akin to Baraka (1992) wrapped in a sci-fi context. I and others felt some vertigo entering the Sphere, which I may or may not ever get used to. Unfortunately, with current ticket prices and not living in proximity to Las Vegas I don't think I'll have many opportunities to see if I could "train"myself to shake the feeling. Also, there was a young child some rows behind me that was chatting sporadically throughout the film, which negatively impacted my immersion. Like any theatre, adults should ensure their kids can stay quiet so others can enjoy what they paid hard-earned money to see. Overall a marvel of engineering and if they can somehow find a consistent way to alleviate the vertigo, I guarantee there will be top-notch experiences for now and far into the future.

Cool but not worth the price

by Alex on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

The Sphere is pretty cool and I would likely go for a show, but for $120+ it's not worth it. The pre-show activities in the lobby are just filler to get you to buy expensive beers and are too crowded to really be able to participate. The movie itself is pretty cool (would have been even better without the contrived plot) but maybe worth $50. Getting in to the Sphere is a total pain and there needs to be a smoother process.

Postcard from Earth - Over priced for the experience! Very nice venue, look forward to seeing a live concert some day.

    Waste of Money

by Thor on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

A complete waste of your money (only giving it a 1 star because i cannot give it a 0 or negative). Horrible entrance and exit experience, $7.00 water, boring show, loud only for the sake of being loud with no benefit to the lame show. Inside the screen is maybe 1/3rd of the sphere and you can easily see beyond the edges. It is much cooler from the outside, just drive by and watch it for a few minutes rather than going inside. Not only can I not recommend this to anyone, I actually recommend against it.

    Not that great….

by Travis B on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

We sat a little off center but not way off center. This made everything crooked. The tall buildings were all warped and it just made the movie odd. Also the whole movie was based around some protect your planet weird pitch and we all had to leave so the earth could rejuvenate itself. It was just odd and not something I would have paid to go see. I like the technology but overall it was a huge waste of money and time

    Not worth it

by Katie on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

It was cool to experience the Sphere but the show wasn’t worth the price. Annoying that the show time was specified as 2:00 when that’s when doors opened and the show didn’t start for another hour. Would be cool to see a concert or event here but the standard show that runs isn’t worth the price or trouble.

Amazing experience, but could be better organized

by Thomas on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

The Sphere Experience was fantastic, the view and the movie were gorgeous. But the information before and the entrance could be better organized. Better conmunicated

    Meh

    by lthompson0817 on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

The AI portion in the museum area was cool. It was neat to see the robots interact with the crowd. However, the organization at some spots was all over the place. With a crowd, it was tough to get people to follow directions and stand in a line. It would help to have ropes or floor markings to help move the crowd accordingly. The screen/movie graphics were amazing, but the message was very dark. I was expecting an uplifting, fun movie or something to tie in AI, but all it did was talk about how the earth will implode due to humankind. Definitely, not worth $140 per ticket.

    Great cinematography. Predictable message.

by DH on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

Awesome drone/cinematography. Completely predictable message. However one must ask why travel light years to barren planets to drop magical life-creating orbs when you could just use them on earth? Duh.

    Beautiful Earth

by Aunt Wendy on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

Loved the Sphere Post Card From Earth show. They showed so many beautiful parts of the Earth, it brought me to tears. Hope it will inspire others to take better care of our planet.

    Amazing and incredible

Though ever watched Sphere on social media, but it really amazed and shocked when I first sighted it by myself. Strong recommend visiting Sphere by yourself.

    Awesome 🤩

by Tes on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

Best sphere experience ever. We came all the way from Alberta, Canada. It’s worth the wait, yes it’s a bit costly but it was a good experience. Highly recommended must see in Vegas❤️

Great experience, but pay attention to your tickets

by SP on 5/7/24Sphere - Las Vegas

I bought tickets via Ticketmaster and they were allocated after the purchase. Turns out we were allocated in row WC, which means wheelchair, which means nothing good. First, we don't need accessible seats, so they should be left to those who need them. Second, the allocation system should be refined to avoid these issues. Third and most importantly, without any spoilers, you really need to be in a regular seat for this experience, not on foldable chairs, so the kind ladies at the venue moved us into other seats right before the start of the experience. It went well in the end, but it could've been quite regretful. The experience itself is great, I think there is still room for improvement, but definitely a first of its kind. Expensive, but worth it!

    Yes but not yay!

by Cami on 5/6/24Sphere - Las Vegas

Overall it was a nice experience. The sphere from the outside was amazing! The humanoid robots were indeed interesting. However, the show itself was a 50/50 for us. After the first approach, the show was not as dynamic as we thought. Also, I feel that the message, crucial for this time period, was a bit superficial. One and done for us!

    Horrible Entry Experience

    by Eleanor on 5/6/24

No where clearly visible on the website nor when I purchased tickets, stated they do not accept printed tickets for entry. It's not visible anywhere on the home page, at least when viewing by cell, nor when clicking on the purchase ticket icon. At minimum there should be a pop up when purchasing. Even ticketmaster, their preferred site, allows you to print tickets that the venue will not accept for entry. Am so livid. The staff was so untrained that we had to try 4 separate lines, trying to get in before being referred to the box office who could look up the tickets. By that point, all the excitement was gone. We wasted 45 minutes of our atrium time just trying to get in. I hope someone with authority at the Sphere, reads this and makes a change. We weren't the only patrons with this issue. And there was absolutely no line control which exasperated the experience even more. Terrible with no way to make it right.

    An Amazing Show, expensive.

by Doug on 5/6/24Sphere - Las Vegas

This was a visual experience unlike any other film I have seen. From wind in the theater, to rumbling seats, this was a visual masterpiece, but very expensive and cost prohibitive for most.
