Grat party and great concert. A nice location not too big but very comfortable. Near the Subway station 2Av. Sean sinned great music. Strange Boutique live was great. I'm from Germany, but I'm coming back to the party.

  • I had a great time and would definitely go back for more fun

by JP. on 1/3/24Mercury Lounge - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

I saw a lot different fashion , a variety of ethnicity . The bartenders were nice , the prices on drinks were fair and the house had cold water with lemon . I thought that was extra nice

  • Always a great time

My favorite of the goth parties in NYC, the promoters do a fantastic job booking bands and DJs for a truly amazing experience.

  • Not what was advertised

by Nick on 1/3/23Mercury Lounge - New YorkRating: 1 out of 5

The DJ's did not play the style of music advertised and the quality of songs and mixing was very bad. There was nothing postpunk about it. I really wish I could have gotten my money back, I felt it was a rip-off. Maybe it is time for better event organizers and DJ's!!!

  • Bait and switch New Year's Eve forever young party

by Nick on 1/1/23Rating: 1 out of 5

The was nothing about the event that came close to what was advertised. The DJs are terrible with no skill and with music selections that were corny, cheesy, radio style pop tracks that had nothing to do with postpunk new wave or new romantic. A spotify playlist would have been a hundred times better. So sad NYC and Mercury Lounge to see how downhill things have become. Please improve!!!

  • Amazing performance and the best crowd

by Jan on 9/6/22Bowery Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

This event is a crown jewel of the Cold Wave - Goth scene. These guys give NYC nightlife an edge and keep New York real and original.

  • A triumphant return

by Ken on 9/5/22Mercury Lounge - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Loved Murder of Crows and the musical revelation this time was Nuovo Testamento. I continue to recommend this to friends in the UK

  • Gene Loves Jezebel

Absolutely amazing ! Just wish they would have gone on an hour earlier. Best performance

  • felt like a bit of bait and switch

    by R. L. on 6/12/22Bowery Ballroom - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

Although the performance was good, it really should have been billed as Jay Aston w/ Peter Rizzo. It really wasn't Gene Loves Jezebel. I really thought I was going to see a whole group perform only to find two guys and a bunch of backing tracks.
