About

What happens in Vegas…all started with The Rat Pack. This spirited show recreates one of the famous “Summit at the Sands” nights when swingin’, ring-a-ding group known as “The Rat Pack” was creating hipster legend with a free-wheeling, no-holds-barred nightclub act starring Vegas’ four favorite sons: Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr., Dean Martin and Joey Bishop. Produced by Dick Feeney, THE RAT PACK IS BACK features uncanny vocal recreations, unbridled humor, and a hot, live 12-piece orchestra that sends audiences straight back to the coolest time in history. Hits include “That’s Amore,” “My Way,” “Mr. Bojangles,” and many more.  See why The Las Vegas Sun writes, “This is as close as anyone has come to capturing the feeling of the real thing,” and the Chicago Tribune raves, “Classic comic material.  Excellent!”

This is such an amazing show. The cast looked and sounded just like the real people. The jokes were clean and good. They really play off the audience

    Rat Pack - very good!

by Busyfingers660 on 7/29/09Cape Cod Melody Tent - Hyannis

We really enjoyed the Rat Pack is back! We particularly thought the gentleman who protrayed Dean Martin was excellent! Our only disapointment was when "Sammy Davis Jr" did the Bojangles song - we were expecting some tap dancing. The "real" Sammy Davis Jr. was known for his tap dancing and did a great deal of tapping when he sang this song. Other than that -it was very entertaining!

I brought my 84 year old Mom and she just loved the show. Her foot was tapping through the whole show. She clapped and smiled the whole time. It was priceless... Remembering the Rat Pack growing up and the music it was just as enjoyable for me. I noticed a young man sitting close by, he may have been 18 or so, he was enjoying the show just as much as the older group. I guess young people do appreciate good music.

Rat Pack was all it said it was going to be.

by patron5 on 7/29/09Cape Cod Melody Tent - Hyannis

From the very start of the show, I knew that I had gotten my money's worth. All of the performers: Sammy, Dean, Joey, and of course Frank put on a spectular performance.

Rat Pack - Aw rats! I wish...

by Rossyboy on 7/29/09Cape Cod Melody Tent - Hyannis

...I was in the pack! They were "the kings" of not only entertainment but of "swish" (the cultural equivilent of "way cool" these days). Every guy wanted to be either Sinatra or some version of "Deano" or Sammy, and these guys brought all that back... the style, the towering talent, the lifestyle - our appreciation for a happier era. The band was excellent, echoing the sounds of Riddle, Basie, and all the big band arrangements. My 85 yr. old mother had stars in her eyes - priceless!

I bought the tickets for my husband and I, he loved Dean Martin and I knew he would really enjoy this show. We both enjoyed it and of course he especially enjoyed Dean Martin. I thought the band was great and really liked the music.

    The Rat Pack Is Back.........Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!

by holiday on 7/29/09Cape Cod Melody Tent - Hyannis

What an outstanding performance. It is everything that you expect and more. The look, the style, the voice, the humor, the stage presence, the band, the jokes, the songs. What a show. Every seat is a great seat. The stage rotated for all to see. I hope they come back to the Melody Tent for the 2010 season.

    The Rat Pack

by GraceFace on 7/29/09Cape Cod Melody Tent - Hyannis

The show was fabulous. I grew up watching these guys in movies, roasts, television specials. I loved them then and miss them now. Also, bringing my 79 yr old Mother was a good feeling, for her to enjoy the old music as well. She had a terrific night. Thanks to Dick Feeney and all the Cast!

    The Rat Pack

by Nonnipris on 7/29/09Cape Cod Melody Tent - Hyannis

We thought the show was very good. Dean Martin looked so much like him. The only thing I didn't like was, where we were sitting behind the orchester, we thought that the stage would rotate more all the way around and it didn't. Other people near us said the same thing. Also when it got to the end, They all stood in a line on the opposite side of us, we thought that would come around on our side before leaving the stage. And at the end they left and never came back for another bow. But all in all it was a great show.

    A little disappointing

by capecarol on 7/29/09Cape Cod Melody Tent - Hyannis

The performers, especially the gentleman impersonating Frank Sinatra were good, as was the 12 peice orchestra. It was kind of hard to get over the fact that they broke after approximately 42 mins., and announced that there would be a half hour intermission. Second set was about an hour. Two tickets totalled $89.50 - sorry, not worth it. The gentleman playing Joey Bishop was also entertaining, but the endless gay jokes became rather tedious. I just have to say that overall, it was a disappointment and I don't think I'd see them again even if the tickets were free.

The Rat Pack took us back to the good ol days.

by nije on 7/16/09Meadow Brook Music Festival - Rochester Hills

They were exceptional. My son, who is a big Frankie fan, was totally taken back at the quality of the performers and the look they had. Not only did they sing, like the originals, they looked, walked, talked, and acted like them as well. It was a fun performance and I would go again as well as recommend it to friends.
