    The Priests

by Enjay8509 on 11/13/13Rialto Square Theatre - Joliet

The priests themselves were very good but the two local women they chose to sing as "fill" while they took breaks were frankly not too good. The first young woman had a nice voice but she missed her cues and she contorted her body almost every time she took a deep breath. The second woman was an opera singer who put her own spin on Somewhere Over The Rainbow ... again, not too good. All-in-all, it was enjoyable listening to The Priests in concert.

The song selection complemented the voices of the Priest and their two guest singers.

    The Priests were awesome

by PatsyG on 11/12/13Rialto Square Theatre - Joliet

My husband was reluctant to attend this concert with me. Once we were there and The Priests starting singing, he whispered "thank you" in my ear. Very inspiring music and very entertaining.

The Priests put on a terrific show. They were very charming and sang beautifully. I don't think there was enough publicity for this wonderful show as there were many seats still available. Seems info was put out mainly through Catholic circles because I believe most in the audience were of that faith. My husband and I are not Catholics but enjoy good music. I just happened to catch an advertisement in The Oregonian regarding their first American tour. The Alladin, however, is a dump and The Priests deserved a better venue.

The Priests are good music and good entertainment

    by J1C2 on 6/11/12Aladdin Theater - Portland

Their voices are true, their music is well chosen and well paced. Their repertoire is extended beyond the spiritual to a bit of Irish shenanigans. Their humor is delightful with a personal touch. It was a grand, feel good evening.

    Wonderful night of music ...

    by MaryLiz2 on 5/3/12McFarlin Auditorium - Dallas

...I'm looking forward to another concert next year. I had to travel from Florida to see this concert with family and friends, and I will travel again next year to any city in the U.S. where they sing. I love their voices, their choice of songs, and their personalities. It is very apparent that they are consumate professionals who love what they are doing. I have already ordered their new CD ..The best of the Priests, and I'm hoping for more. Maybe more Irish music mixed in with the traditional instruments of an irish band -- the flute, bells, etc.

    Amazing

by TheIrishOutlaw on 5/2/12McFarlin Auditorium - Dallas

These three extraordinary priests could replace any choir I have ever heard. They sang the Sacred songs like angels. I liked the way they tied in their contemporary songs to our everyday mission as Church. The local SMU music students did an outstanding job accompanying them. They have a great sense of humor

    Awesome

by mkjdd on 5/2/12McFarlin Auditorium - Dallas

Thoroughly enjoyed The Priests' Concert at McFarlin Auditorium...their voices are awsome and their ability to connect is wonderful. There are only two things I would have liked better....one if the Concert was in Fort Worth instead of Dallas, and two, that the young female soprano did not participate in the program. I did not pay good money to hear her.

    The Priests were fabulous!

by AndiLou on 5/2/12Scottish Rite Auditorium - Collingswood

This was the 2nd time that we saw the Priests in concert. Originally we saw them in Killarney, Ireland in June of 2010 and we were blown away, even though we had seen their TV special and knew how well they could sing together and individually. What really surprised us was their superb showmanship while still exhibiting humility and grace. They are wonderful entertainers and their music is truly inspiring! We loved the show and actually got to meet each one of them and obtain their autographs after the show. It was delightful! This time, the showmanship and singing was just as awesome as it was in Ireland. We could have listened to them all night long. The Musical Director was the same one we saw before, and even though the soprano and other musicians were new to us, we were very impressed with them all and happy that they were local talent. The show was fabulous! We would have enjoyed another "Meet and Greet" after this show but understand that their schedule most likely did not permit it. We are tremendous fans and would definitely go to another one of their concerts.
