Brubeck Brothers Quartet Tickets

The Brubeck Brothers Quartet (well, 2 of the five brothers anyway) put in a terrific tribute to their father’s music and jazz legacy. Incredible musicians in their own right, the mixed media presentation entertained and satisfied our entire group. My wife learned about the history that 60 years of Dave Brubeck (who I was fortunate to see live at the Music Hall in Portsmouth several years before he passed away) and his family’s music brought to the world, how it changed the industry and our international cultures. My 22-yo son and GF got an education, an amazing concert and some great cocktails! We will definitely return for this show, so bring them back next year!

Like every event at Jimmy's, the Brubeck Brothers event was exceptional from beginning to end. It was both a wonderful musical experience, but also a beautiful tribute to the late great Dave Brubeck. The venue is so beautiful, the food is outstanding (and so is the service) and the music of the Brubeck Brothers was truly masterful. What a perfect evening! Portsmouth is so lucky to have Jimmy's!!!!

Had to be the best, if not one of the best, shows ever! The combination of videos, stories and music made it truly a memorable night.

Wonderful reminder of the genius of Dave Brubeck. His sons are fine musicians themselves. This show is a great tribute to their Mom and Dad as well as the members of the original Brubeck Quartet.

Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club is fabulous. Brubeck always gives a great show full of Dave’s standards, great stories and lots of joy.

The venue is spectacular. The music was the greatest. Just loved every minute of it.

Jimmy's is one of mine and my wife's favorite place to hear live music. Inside the place is beautiful and the acoustic are great. We recently saw the Brubeck brother's and they were incredible to watch and listen to.

We attended the Brubeck Bros. concert at Jimmy's, the great new jazz club in Portsmouth. I had seen Dave Brubeck many times as well as his sons who appeared with him when they were just boys. Chris and Dan Brubeck are no longer boys (probably the same age as their dad when I first saw them) and the apple does not fall far from the tree! They are great performers and musicians; mixing new pieces with the greatest hits of the famous Brubeck Quartet. It was our first time at Jimmy's and the place is fantastic. We had seats on the floor near the stage and the acoustics and atmosphere could not be better. Food was fantastic too. Highly recommended.
