About

The Offspring are a punk rock band from Garden Grove, California. Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band’s self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash. Behind breakout Mainstream Rock Airplay singles “Come Out and Play,” “Self Esteem” and “Gotta Get Away,” Smash went on to sell over 11 million records, earn six RIAA platinum certifications and set the record for the highest-selling album released by an independent label. Ixnay on the Hombre in 1997 notched The Offspring’s first No. 1 single on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with “Gone Away,” while 1998’s Americana hit the band’s chart peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 on its way to netting five RIAA platinum certifications and three more Alternative Airplay Top 10 singles: “The Kids Aren’t Alright,” “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)” and “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” The Offspring later topped the Alternative Airplay chart again with “Hit That” from 2003’s Splinter and “You're Gonna Go Far, Kid” from 2008’s Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. The Offspring logged two more Mainstream Rock Airplay chart-toppers with “Coming for You” and the title track from 2021’s Let the Bad Times Roll. In 2024, The Offspring released their 12th album Supercharged

  • Fun but room for improvement.

by BTix on 8/18/25Target Center - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Overall, a fun show. However production value was only okay and there were quite a few times that Dexter’s vocals were too quiet (not close enough to the mic). Still glad I went to experience some of their bangers.

  • hell of a concert

One of my all-time favorite concert experiences! Big fan of all the bands that played, including both openers. The Offspring put on a fantastic show. They played all of my favorites including a banger opener “Come out and Play”, and ended their encore with another standout “Self-Esteem.” Great entertainers! Would definitely see them live again.

  • Fun concert

by MySourcesSay on 8/18/25Target Center - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was super awesome! Loved the bands! The stage show was awesome! The only thing I thought was bad was the choices for alcohol and the price. How about a sweet or fruity option like twisted tea, white claw or mikes. Everything was beer or hard alcohol some people don’t like the taste of beer or drink hard liquor. Also 18 bucks for one beer with tax!? Plus they want a tip too. I went to a concert last year and it was 13 which is still crazy. I get they gotta make money but people will buy more if it’s less expensive.

  • Amazing show

Everything was amazing. New Found Glory and Jimmy Eat World were amazing opening acts. Offspring has great visuals, wonderful crowd interaction and performed an awesome show!

  • Great show!

by Princess on 8/18/25Target Center - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

An hour 45 of all their hit songs. I had pit tickets and was in the very front and center. It was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen and that’s saying a lot! So much fun! I didn’t want it to end.

  • Nearly Flawless From Start to Finish

by Chloe on 8/18/25Target Center - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

I have never been to a concert that was planned out so thoroughly and executed so efficiently. New Found Glory came on the stage RIGHT at 7PM, and after they had done their set, it was like, less than 10 minutes before Jimmy Eat World was onstage. WHAT? Is this a veteran pit crew!? Omigod. So fast. That was entertainment in itself. And then as they were transitioning over to the Offpsring's performance, that pre-show video? SO MUCH FUN. What a great way to get your audience engaged and hyped up. There were so many things to do while waiting for the band to come on. What a nice touch. I was so impressed. The Offspring's merch was so well designed. I have never been to a concert where I was so torn between the t-shirt choices: they were all gorgeous, and fun, and had an awesome color palette. And the best part is that I think they were pretty reasonably priced compared to some other concerts I've been to this summer. The set list that each band performed was great, although for the Offspring, I would really love for them to have played Ok, But This is the Last Time. But what astounding performances and what talent. Never a dull moment. The only last critique I have is that some of the audio could have been better--at times there were issues with audio mixing on the singers' microphones, or at least they sounded quiet compared to others onstage, but aside from that, what a superb performance. Akin to a religious experience. Thank you so much for an unforgettable night!

  • Fantastic Concert

by MJL on 8/18/25Target Center - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The Offspring provided everything you’d want at a concert. Will definitely see them again when they’re back in town.

  • LOVED IT!

by DeanR on 8/18/25Target Center - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Thoroughly enjoyed the venue and show. The Offspring are an amazing stage act to see. My only gripe is that the lead singer Dexter Holland's microphone didn't seem to be working very well. We could barely hear his vocals. Other than that, amazing!

  • Entertaining

by RON on 8/18/25Blossom Music Center - Cuyahoga FallsRating: 5 out of 5

The Offspring put on a great entertaining show. From preshow stage screen entertainment, and the mini blimp working its way around the pavilion and the grass areas to the show itself. They played well and the screen show was well integrated, very entertaining!!!

  • Nostalgia trip on a Wednesday

by RonyTambo on 8/17/25Blossom Music Center - Cuyahoga FallsRating: 5 out of 5

New Found Glory and Jimmy Eat World have been on my list of bands to see for years and to top it off with The Offspring closing out the night?!? Awesome lineup. Awesome show.

  • Outstanding and more than expected!

    by Stephanie M on 8/17/25Rating: 5 out of 5

We drove 4 hours to see The Offspring at Tinley Park. There was a crowd of 14,000! We had a lightening delay, but the band waited it out to give us one of the best concert experiences of a lifetime! They sound true to their recordings. The energy was so satisfying! Thank you Offspring!

  • Great Time Had by All

by Girl Dad on 8/17/25Blossom Music Center - Cuyahoga FallsRating: 5 out of 5

Offspring was great live. Stage show was engaging and fun. They are still in the pocket as a band and the songs all sounded fantastic. First time at the venue, it’s huge. Openers played their hearts out. We have a special love of NFG. We definitely recommend the Offspring! Jimmy Eat World was still polished and played even older favorites. I’m in my 50s and my daughters are 20s and late teens. Thanks for helping me teach them how to be punks. Great night all around!

  • Great setlist

by TongueJedi on 8/16/25Blossom Music Center - Cuyahoga FallsRating: 5 out of 5

The best setlist I’ve seen on tour. Even dedication to Ozzie. They looked and sounded great.
