The Atlanta Symphony never disappoints! The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my all-time favorite movies, and the ASO played the whole score beautifully. This was such a fun way to celebrate Halloween! We’ll be back next year!

Holidays have kicked off with Nightmare Before Christmas let the fun begin!
A wonderful experience for the family! We constantly forgot that there was an amazing orchestra performing to perfection all the background music, it was fantastic!
The location is spacious and clean inside, so very well kept. As for the event and the orchestra, it was such a lovely experience as first time live orchestra visitors. I didn't know what to expect but the sheer talent on the stage left me overwhelmed and in awe. I'm sure the rest of the events/screenings will be equally as magnificent. My husband and I had a lot of fun.
We loved the show! It was amazing to hear the orchestra live while the movie played. I hope they do it again next year as I would like to attend with more of my family.
I so appreciate the lengths ASO has taken to ensure patrons’ safety. Thank you for a fantastic format to introduce children to the orchestra. Superb as always!
I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect going into this performance. Having the visual with the performance added to the experience. The decor and safety along from the venue provided an overall great time. This orchestra is very talented. I absolutely loved it!
The ASO outdid themselves to night! First they showed a great video of the ASO playing Take Me Out to the Ballgame which ended with a rousing Go Braves!!! for the World Series. Then the movie and movie score came. What a wonderful sound and group experience. More in-depth than any cinema experience. Highly recommend this format for your favorite movie.
As always, the ASO was amazing. Hearing the score to our favorite Holiday movie performed live but such talented musicians made for a wonderful experience! We are now honoring to return for more Movies with the ASO.
We greatly enjoyed the performance. First, this is just a fabulous movie. The music and soundtrack are really great and to have that part be live was a special treat. This was a wonderful way to start the holiday season!! Thanks ASO!!
It was amazing. The music was divine. They did such an awesome job. I just wish they did not let people in with drinks. Someone spilled their wine next to me, and then it smelled horrible the whole second half. Plus, what is the point of having people with signs that say we must wear our masks, of then you will allow people to drink? But the show was incredible.
I've seen this film many times, but with the live orchestration, it really came to life. We sat up in the balcony, and even from that vantage we had a great view--in fact, we could see MORE of the orchestra because we were so high up. I went with two musicians, and they were completely fascinated at how the synchronization was so flawless. It was a truly magical experience. I love that COVID precautions were very much enforced, as well. Only criticism is that the lines for the bar were too long to get served before the show (we weren't early enough) or at intermission. It was a packed house, so the tenders were working hard and still couldn't make it through the line. I will absolutely recommend this event to everyone who will listen.
Such a fun family friendly performance! It was a great bonus hearing Take Me Out to the Ballgame on the World Series weekend! The symphony was spot on with the movie, very well done!
