  • Terrible Event

by smackman on 12/16/24Saenger Theater Hattiesburg - HattiesburgRating: 2 out of 5

Could not hear the movie and the singers that came to the audience spent very little time. The movie died in the second half. Whole event was very unprofessional

  • ASO/Frozen

by Kentucky Dave on 12/4/24Atlanta Symphony Hall - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

The ASO does a great job with the score and making the movie come alive. It is a great way to introduce kids to the orchestra!

  • Frozen Fan

by BStrane on 12/4/24Atlanta Symphony Hall - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

This was an incredible experience. Took my daughter in law and Grandaughter (who is a huge Frozen fan) and we had so much fun. This is such a great way to introduce Symphony music to a child. Love it :-)

  • not at all when I was expecting

by Anonymous on 12/4/24Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

Frozen was nothing that I expected. They played the movie on the big screen and then had an orchestra underneath playing. The orchestra is beautiful, but I was disappointed

  • An Enchanting Experience with Live Orchestra!

by Sayee Venkat on 12/4/24Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I recently attended a Frozen movie live orchestra concert, and it was absolutely amazing! The experience was mesmerizing, with the talented artists bringing the magic of the film to life through their incredible music. Every note perfectly captured the emotions and wonder of the story. It was my first time attending such a concert, and it left me in awe. I’ll definitely be visiting more of these in the future!! it’s a must-try experience for any music or movie lover!

  • Not totally what I expected

by FrozenMama on 12/3/24Atlanta Symphony Hall - AtlantaRating: 4 out of 5

I did not realize that I was basically paying money to watch the singalong version of the movie Frozen. I think the facility was nice and clean. I am a little disappointed though because feel like it was somewhat of a ripoff to go to Atlanta just for that. Overall the orchestra did a good job, but there were times when the live music overshadowed the movie and singing. My family and I enjoyed it, but could have had a similar experience at home or closer to. I’m usually not one to complain, but I wanted to be honest,

  • Like A Glorified Movie Screening

by Margaret on 12/2/24Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

The band was excellent, as they played exactly as what to you'd expect while watching the entire film. In fact, it was so perfect that it felt like I was in an IMAX theatre. Given that this was a live experience, I expected more creativity - at least a slight variation to the OST. My kids loved the face painting though. Overpriced for what you get IMO.

  • Live film scores

by Keep it weird on 12/2/24Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I go to orchestra concerts and when I see movies, the score sounds like those concerts and because of that, I love films with the live orchestra.
