  • Moody Blues with John Lodge

by Barb on 8/4/25Lynn Auditorium - LynnRating: 5 out of 5

Great show!!!! I mean GREAT!!!!! Venue was very nice. Only complaint is the guy at the sound board (provided by the venue, not the Moody Blues) really F'ed up. They started to play at one point, he was AWAY from the board, and we heard nothing! While the band was on stage giving it their all. Loudspeakers were OFF. Unforgivable, really. Prior to that, the mix was no5 the best.

We had great seats at a good price and we relived our 1987 Great Woods experience all over again! John Lodge and band were fantastic! Tunes were right on as back then!

  • Great time with John Lodge!

by Harnwa on 7/29/25Lynn Auditorium - LynnRating: 5 out of 5

If you liked the Moody Blues back in the day you gotta see John Lodge and his band of incredibly talented musicians. The sound and visual effects, a Moody Blues trademark, will bring you back in the days of the 60's, 70's, and beyond! The Lynn Auditorium was a great place to see the show as usual!

  • Loved This!

by HazelK on 7/29/25Lynn Auditorium - LynnRating: 5 out of 5

There probably weren't many people in the auditorium under 65, but we were all there to hear John Lodge, part of the best band ever....the Moody Blues. 82 and recovering from a stroke, he walks slow but he can sing!! He stood for 2 hours and took us back to a different time. People were screaming and dancing in the aisles. The Moody Blues sound was back, thanks to John and his band. Thank you, sir, for your commitment to keeping the Moody Blues music alive.

  • Was a wonderful show

by Pdd on 7/29/25Lynn Auditorium - LynnRating: 5 out of 5

Did a great mix of Moody Blues catalog . Adding Jon Davison’s voice was a good replacement for Justin Haywood. Made me miss the other originals like Ray Thomas and Graeham Edge may they RIP

  • Great Show

Vocals were not perfect but still a great show. Even after Johns health problems he did a great job. He really seemed to enjoy himself.

John Lodge and his band put on an absolutely amazing concert. They performed my favorite Moody Blues songs and there were poignant tributes to Graeme Edge and Ray Thomas. John Lodge, singer and songwriter, is truly a veteran cosmic rocker and an inspiration.💙
